This Home Depot is pretty spot on! The parking is a little annoying because they are angled spots, so depending on which way you go down the aisle will determine which spot you can get, but we went at night an hour before closing so it wasn't too packed. All of the employees are SUPER helpful, my husband and I were looking at appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and backsplash/tile and in EACH section someone asked if they could assist us and were super friendly. At the other Home Depot locations I have been to, no one has offered to help, you had to approach them for help. I also saw more variety and options than at the other locations I've been to, so that's also a plus.I'm a fan of this store and will be back soon once my husband and I are ready to pick styles for our kitchen remodel!

We ordered carpet and when the installers showed up they said this is too much work and walked out of the house? Getting a response from a manager seems to be impossible - they had no problem taking our money though guess that wasn’t to much work .. oh yeah and we paid extra for furniture removal

This is about your average Home Depot. I come here for the convenience. It is the closest one to me. The aisles are kept well maintained for the most part. Sometimes it's a mess. There is always plenty of parking and the lot is kept up. The staff for the most part is very professional and helpful. Sometimes you run into someone who really is just collecting a paycheck. For the most part I've never had a problem at this Home Depot so I will keep coming back.

They have in stock what they advertise . Their employees are knowledgable .I have never had a problem that was not taken care of quickly and courteously . I am amazed that your employees have such a wealth of knowledge . They share experience they have garnered over decades( centuries in fact ) . I will probably be in Bensalem tomorrow A.M. for a step stool and a weed wacker . Your employees are your biggest asset .

I have been a loyal customer at the Home Depot store located at 1336 Bristol Pike, Bensalem for 10 plus years. I can admit that not all of my experiences have been horrible. However, over the last few months I have encouraged 2 extremely disgruntle employees from plumbing and customer service. I thought the experience that I had with the guy from plumbing was horrible. That was until last Saturday when I had unpleasant encounter with Chrissy from customer service. Her overall conduct is unacceptable. I have observed her behavior on numerous occasions and she is rude to everyone; including customers and colleagues. Her behavior is provoking. As I mentioned I have been a customer at this specific store for 10 plus years and have experienced rude behavior from employees on numerous occasions. Yes, its my fault that I keep going back. But, who feels like going out of their way to go to another Home Depot. Through out my experience, I have spoken with several store manages and corporate representatives. Needless to say... much has not changed. If it did, I wouldn't take the time to write this review. To be honest, the service at the Home Depot located in Neshaminy is not much better. From this point forward, I may become a devoted Lowe's customer. If you looking for a great customer experience and assistance with projects; I recommend that you not go to store 4103 1336 Bristol Pike Bensalem, PA 19020 215-638-3510.

I'm writing this review solely on the experience with Doug in the window department. Dougs customer service and knowledge of windows is second to knowone. I asked every question, sometimes twice. He gave accurate detailed answers that where in my best interest, his answers started and finished with a smile. He cares, and he just met me.

DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM HOME DEPOT. They sub contract to unknowlegable and unreliable people. They came and measured my bay window twice and still got the size wrong. Then they gave us a new date and no one showed up. You have to deal with multiple people if there is an issue and NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. I WILL NEVER EVER USE HONE DEPOT AGAIN. I rather give my money to LOWES or just hire a contractor myself and save the money Hone Depot gets a cut of for literally doing nothing.

I frequent this particular Home Depot as it's closest to my house. This past week I ordered some appliances with Pauline. She was very helpful through the process. I normally order bigger ticket items from Lowes. It's just so happens that HD had a better sale and prices. My appliances were delivered this past Thursday at 8 am on the dot. The delivery guys were extremely nice and pleasant. Unfortunately the stove delivered was damaged. They offered a credit but we opted to swap it out, going to take over a week. The microwave and dishwasher were perfect. Overall it was a good experience and I would buy from HD again, depending on the sales. My biggest issue is when a product I purchase from HD is damaged the store should be able to help. They make you go through the factory to get a replacement, that's a bit of a hassle as is the wait time. Solid 3-4 stars

Never enough cashiers. They try to round everyone up and force you to go through the self checkouts and half the time they are broken.

Just went to a Home Depot location in Philadelphia with my mother who just went through a stem cell transplant for her cancer she has been battling for years now. We went there to get paint for her to do a little DIY project for her to keep herself busy while she's recovering. Two employees pointed and laughed at her for wearing A doctors mask to cover her nose and mouth so she didn't inhale dust or germs so she wouldn't get an infection because her immune system is low. Then these two employees continued to laugh and referred to her as a "Jesse James looking mf'er". i'm appalled at this situation and will never step foot in one of their stores again.

Cashing out to pay in lawn and garden, and gave the cashier, Lisa, a twenty dollar bill and said I was going to debit the rest. She asked how much on the card. I said what ever the balance is from $20.00. She said she needed to know, and I said first take the twenty off the bill and rest is debit. She said I never did it this way and I told her it was always done this way even here. She gave me such a look with a whole lot of attitude and proceeded to check me out giving

I frequent this location for various things, since I'm big on home projects. They always have what I'm looking for. The prices on things are debatable, but the stuff is generally good quality. My only issue with this place is the customer service. In my experience, the people here are very passive and not eager to help. I don't mind, unless I actually need assistance. I came in to get keys made today. I had to ask 4 different employees for help. 4. Not counting the first two that ignored me while they kept on their conversation at the returns area. The next two I approached at the customer service desk were carrying on until I politely said excuse me. The girls both looked at me like I was bothering them. I asked where I go to get keys made. She points and says, "Down there." OH okay. DOWN THERE. I guess I'm going to Australia, the land freaking down under. I still didn't see where she was talking about...I wander around some more. I ask this elderly foreign guy who does another point and says, "Down there." You've got to be kidding me, right? I'm only being an a** about that because I work in retail, and that is a huge no-no. Off again I go and AH HA. A little end cap at aisle 12 where you get your keys made. No one was there, so I asked the closest dude how I go about getting keys made. He told me someone would be over. FINALLY, someone came over to make my keys. He was very friendly, so that made me happy. He made me 4 keys extremely quick. I thanked him. Off I went. I just felt like that was a lot of effort for such a small task. I get it. Not every day is a great day, but in retail... you're getting paid to help people and leave your problems at the door. I'm not asking for a party when I walk in... I just feel like if someone is asking such a simple question, it shouldn't be an issue. I wanted to use some f-bombs while writing this review, but I didn't. If you people don't want your job at Home Depot, give it to me. I love manhandling s*** with a smile on my face.

Kellyanne from the plumbing department is a tireless, helpful, endlessly capable person who helped us save a boat load of money on a project -- all while wearing a smile and making us feel both heard and appreciated! We came to this Home Depot with the intention of buying enough pipe for a small part of a project, and were planning to buy the rest of the materials online. Kellyanne approached us, asking if we needed any help, and offered to help analyze the cost-benefit of one-stop shopping at Home Depot versus ordering online from another supplier. Then, fresh into her shift, she spent a considerable amount of time getting covered in grease cutting and threading pipe to custom lengths. While making sure every piece was measured properly, she even continued to (seemingly effortlessly) answer questions about custom piping and solutions to other customers! She is the bomb dot com and is the best and most helpful associate we have ever met, at any Home Depot, ever, bar none! We will be seriously reconsidering ordering anything online when this location is not only close to our shop, but also has a person like Kellyanne!!! Mark Oat Foundry LLC

I am so thankful to Home Depot and Frank (Kitchen Counter-top Dept). I went to Home Depot to check out the various counter-tops that Home Depot had to offer. It was the final thing we needed after re-doing our kitchen. I made an appointment online to meet Frank and when I arrived at the store, Frank was readily available. I had explained what I wanted and showed pictures of my kitchen from my iPad. I had also brought my measurements (following the guide that Home Depot offers online). After going through the various counter-tops with Frank's guidance, I decided on granite. The order and payment process was simple and easy. A week later, a gentleman came to my home from (Colonial Marble and Granite) to make the template for my counter-tops. This process took about 20 minutes and my appointment for installation was for the following week. Colonial Marble and Granite asked me to come to their factory to check out my granite piece and it was gorgeous. (This was 3 days before installation). Home Depot then contacted me because my measurements were just a few dollars off from the professional from Colonial Marble and Granite measurements. I went back to Home Depot to pay the difference and was all set. Our old counter-tops were easy to remove (Colonial Marble and Granite will remove them but for $11.00 a square foot.) The installers arrived and did a fabulous job. My kitchen counter-top and island look beautiful. I would highly recommend going to Home Depot (Bristol) for your kitchen counter-top projects and make sure you ask for Frank.
