Today, I went the “Jiffy Lube” for my car’s battery replacement and I had a wonderful experience. There’s an employee his name is “Michael”, he’s a awesome guy, he’s a very very congenial man and his way of dealing with customers is priceless, incredible and he’s a very skilled person. God bless him and all other people of staff.

The manager on my service date of July 30 was amazing The best manager I have ever seen at a Jiffy Lube He lead his crew effectively and effectively. His crews work reflected this excellence.

The guys here are great, but I had my brakes done on my 2019 silverado and they didn't know how to reset the sensor properly so they just disabled it. There is a process needed to reset the brake pad life sensor and I am unable to do it myself at this point. I had to take it to another shop so they could scan it and reset it the right way. Also they had gotten the wrong parts originally, (which happens) so it took twice as long to finish. Again the guys here are great and I still wont go anywhere else for an oil change. Just might be a little over their heads with newer model repairs. Can't say enough how professional and helpful the staff is doing the oil changes.

I don't recommend this location at all. We brought in our car for a cranking noise on the left, it happens when we turn. They told my husband it's a brake issue, sway bar and roters. They originally tried to convince him to change the front and back brakes. Despite the decent price, the car is making the exact same noise but because they replaced parts they didn't need to replace at this time we had to dish out over $300.00. They knew the problem wasn't solved when he picked up the car, the loud sound was still there.
We finally spoke to a mechanic that doesn't rely on little devices to tell him what's actually wrong with the vehicle and he said it's the suspension or the barren because of the cranking noise. Bad brakes sqweek!! Nothing changed after visiting this location, but we're out of $400.00. Nice people but they don't know what they're doing. Excepting clients to pay when you didn't fix the issue is absurd. They even called us to tell us about how the bar needs to fixed and that it we would have to pick it up the next day. Good luck to anyone who comes here, and if you have a noise related issue, I recommend, testing driving before paying them. My husband feels like he was scammed, and that angers me.

Efficient Service. Dropped by on a Saturday morning for an oil change. Was out less than an hour for the staff to do that plus change my air filter. The gentleman gave me a print out of maintenance recommendations. If I went to my dealership. I would have been there for hours even with an appointment.
