The store itself is fine. Ive visited this location 4x all various days and times and the waiting time to check out is enough for me to never wanna visit again. I watched 3 cashiers and a line of probably 20+. I noticed the line was long when I got there, this specific time, so I counted and I was 17th. Well it took 40 minutes for me to get to a register.
One of these times I waited roughly same amount of time - 40 minutes - to return an amazon item. Just to be told there is a separate line and area to do that and not a single sign indicating that anywhere. That's just ridiculous and inconsiderate especially considering there is a huge sign saying returns at the front. Very confusing.
I understand the importance of good customer service but when you have a line backed up that far, cashiers(more than one) should not be spending 15+ minutes with one customer chatting it up. This happened multiple times throughout my wait and the staff made sure to be anything but timely. Unfortunately I will not be visiting this location again unless I am ordering something online and picking it up because this issue was consistent with every single visit.
If you're going to shop here make sure you clear an extra hour of time to wait in line to check out after shopping.

The one star is not for the store itself. It is for your Sephora store in there. I understand policies change but when I bought an item that I needed it for vacation and then not use and it’s still in packaging and I get told that the return policy changed and I only have 30 days when I want to go exchange it. I wasn’t even asking for my money back. I just wanted to exchange And the girl told me no I couldn’t even do an exchange. I could only do an even exchange of the same item, but I didn’t want the say same item and on your receipt nowhere does the state any type of return policy and when I called your one 800 number for Kohl’s and Sephora not one person could tell me the return policy or even an exchange policy. All I wanted to do was just exchange the item and I asked her could you do it without a receipt and she said no so now I’m stuck with an item that I can’t use because that brand and something else I purchased broke me out and Sephora used to have a policy Where you could bring slightly used items back and this item wasn’t even used so please make it make sense to me. And I hope now on your receipt for Sephora stores in your store has an updated policy.. And I will never step foot and that Sephora ever again.

I forgot my mail and flyer and the cashier was able to help me go through Gmail to retrieve it 40% off she saved me a bundle Bensalem Kohl's is great
