When I saw the average and a one rating - I felt complelled to write a review - I love this place and its staff - the last 2-3 sticks - I was watching and I could not feel them. I have had many different check in people and folks that draw blood - and I needle all of them and get a laugh. Betting someone came in with a bad attitude.

I was in this morning with an appointment and the location was busy but staff did a great job of moving people along. I had phlebotomist Zymna (I probably have this wrong) she was great and courteous. Thank you

I was in and out in about 7 minutes. If you make an appointment it's super quick. Fantastic staff who really care! Irma, I believe was her name, was great. Will definitely go back again to get my tests done there. Highly recommend

Bank has longer hours than you guys..this is insanity at its peak. Weekends closed. Nice job to have. It is so difficult to accomodate with your hours until taking PTO from work.

My husband barely gets off from work so when he was finally able to go in for some important lab work during winter break, the employees told him that certain things were not needed even though the DR ordered them. Not happy that we didn’t get the answers from the needed lab work and the Dr has to reorder the lab work and recommended we go somewhere else.

Terrible!! If your appointment is at 9 am they won’t attend you until 10 am, they really slow it smells like food in there !! And they so rough my arm is still bruised and it’s been a week .. in general they just so unprofessional just go to another location if you can

I love my Lab Core in Bensalem. The wait is short, never had a problem with any of the lab techs, they are great at there job, friendly polite when they draw my blood. I am sad that the man that did processing of the orders left after 30years to work closer to his home. You will be missed. Thank you to all the people that work at lab core. ??

Today I had an encounter with the intake person who checks you in at the Labcorp on Galloway Rd. Her mannerisms were rude and she was briefing watching a cooking video on her phone. However, the person who drew my blood was a professional as always. I will continue to use this location, but I will not have any contact with this worker!

I do not have enough words to describe how horrible my experience was at this Lapcorp location. The waiting time was not an issue but in fact the staff was. The receptionist that checked us in was extremely rude. As I read the other reviews, many others have had the same experience, but seems like nothing has been done to change the issue.
The phlebotomist yelled at my child and kept shouting “STOP CRYING” as if that’s gonna help calm down a toddler. I repeated many times that my child is afraid of doctor’s offices and don’t scream at her. They were acting as if they never dealt with a child before. In a very unprofessional manner, they pinned her down and got blood. This experience has left my child traumatized. I would recommend never bringing your child to this location.
If you want to be in the healthcare industry, you should definitely be friendly and understanding. If this job is too much for you and you hate it, then go find another job. Simple. I hope this brings attention to the management of this location.
