My experience at this location was not good at all. The receptionist was very rude. I asked for help and she told me to ask somebody in the lobby to help me. She wasn’t listening to me I had an appointment she told me to sign in I told her I did I gave her my paper. She told me to sign it again. They asked somebody to help me in the lobby. I need help not her. I handed her my paper she ignored. It stood there for 15 Minutes Went back up again because she had me as a walk-in twice. I had an appointment. I told her three times I had an appointment then she finally said let me see your paper. She wasn’t saying my name right that’s probably why she couldn’t find it and she was totally ignoring me. Did not Mike make eye contact at all was paying attention to everybody in the lobby instead of paying attention to me. I had a 915 appointment finally got in at five 955 . Then when I got in to have my blood work done, the check did have gloves on didn’t know if they were from the previous patient or not after my blood work it made me think it was not new was put on for me. He asked me my name I sat down. He took my blood, and as he was giving me the blood he coughed and didn’t even turn his head to cough a different way. Thank God I had a mask on very unprofessional. The fact that he did not turn his head to cough and was not wearing a mask makes me think that the gloves he had on when I came in we’re on when I did they weren’t fresh. And he did not remove the gloves when I was leaving either, I’m thinking he saw the next person with the same gloves on, it makes me very uneasy about that facility.

I was in the lobby and signed an authorization form to bill my insurance for lab work. Just after I signed and submitted it to the phlebotomist, I asked if I were to refuse two of the many tests would that make my bill cheaper? She said yes, but it is to late I already submitted the form. The price cannot be changed. I said but you have not collected any test yet. If I refuse the two $60 total tests, how can you still bill for services not rendered. I have not yet provided the samples. I'm still in the lobby. The woman informed me the charge will be the same no matter what. Kind of seems like fraud to me. I paid and provided all samples and left. I emailed lab corp and complained via website. Later, my doctor got a document stating that I refused the urine test, when I did not. I provided it. Meanwhile the lab calls me and says my physician miss ordered a test and the lab teck screwed up a test and I need to come back in to provide another sample. I called lab corp spoke to a manager Jackie and told her what happened. She told me the phlebotomist was wrong and that she would educate her. I could have refused a test for a lower price. The phlebotomist lied to my doctor, on an official medical document. Jackie told me to come in the next day and ask for her to take me immediately back. The next day, I asked for Jackie. Jackie was not there and when called had no idea who I was or that she had spoken to me. How can she correct an educational staff problem when she can't even remember anything less than 24 ago. This place is SHADY. They were trying to cover there butts is what happened. Previous experiences here have been exceptionally rude. This place is atrocious and I am ashamed I have ever done business with Lab Corp. They are lucky my insurance forces me to go to them.

Took my mom here for routine bloodwork. People who work here must really hate their job. Miserable would be an understatement. Guy in the white lab coat really needs to get over himself, your not that important. Dope.

Went to do a preemployment drug test. I have performed themself at an Urgent Care for years I know how to perform them. Well, for one, they did NOT have me lock my belongings away in a locker, I was not told to NOT flush the toilet, I had to a split test and was told to fill the cup just a tiny bit which was NOT correct cause I would have had to do it again. Also, she turned her back slightly so I couldn't see her sealing the tubes so I had to lean over her. This place is NOT legally performing drug screens correctly. I wonder how many drugs test came wrong.

Went here to get bloodwork done. Self checkin was easy to use and the place was clean. The line moved quickly. After the blood was taken I got lightheaded so they provided me with water and let me put my head down for a bit until I was feeling ok again. Was a fine experience.

I only go here for Mack to draw blood. I pass out with needles but he is the only person that can draw my blood correctly. Wherever he goes I will go so it’s done right.

I don't know who is keeping the two desk workers employed at this location, but the are some of the nastiest, rudest, most miserable humans on this earth. God forbid you give them attitude back and suddenly your the problem. Train you employees better or fire them.I am clearly not the only one with an issue with the same two employees that sit behind the counter. All the one star ratings are about them. And all the "owner" can do is look into it? Corporate should do something about that as well.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE FOR BLOODWORK! THEY ARE EXTREMELY INEXPERIENCED. MY BABYGIRL IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND WAS SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS BEFORE THEY EVEN TOUCHED HER. THEY DID NOTHING TO CALM HER DOWN AND INSTEAD BEGAN TO RESTRAIN HER. I TOLD THEM TO GET OFF HER AND LEFT. THEY NEED MORE EXPERIENCED PEOPLE.

Poor communication... Wasted over 40 minutes and was late for work. I gave 2 stars because they are great at getting blood.

Yikes! I have been in Waffle House bathrooms that have seemed more sanitary. I cannot agree with the other reviewers more. The employees there are unfriendly, and actually feel like the patients are putting them out for having the audacity to get their blood drawn. It says a lot that the most pleasant moment of my time there was having a needle jammed into my arm. Oh, and god help you if you ask for clarification in the instructions that they mumble to you. Just find another Labcorp, these people are the worst.

The African American woman working 12/14/22 @10:30 AM is so nasty and rude for no reason. The way she spoke to me was crazy. No wonder this place has 2 starts. Get rid of her! You never know what people are going through when they come here to get blood work. Maybe she should be a little more kind.

Staff accommodating and skilled. Busy at times, but they do their best to move things along. Very clean.

I usually have a terrible time having my blood drawn, but the phlebotomist at this LabCorp was amazing - super efficient, kind, and fast. I didn't ask his name, but he was just the best. Thank you!!

My experience coming to this place was disappointing. My daughter got her blood drawn by a female phlebotomist with the help of another male but the female was rude and she lacks on her communication skills to instruct patients about how to position a toddler at the time of the procedure.
