“This place opens from 5:30AM to 9:00AM every single day 365 days out of the year.
Lady is nice and the machines will always be available if you're there early. The bathroom is no longer in order there, that's the only critique I have. Besides that, great laundromat!”
“My dryer vent ripped in the middle of laundry, so I was stuck with a load of wet clothes. Dropped them off at Sparkle City and Helen went absolutely above and beyond to help me out. Just the sweetest person. Will definitely be back whenever I need any dry cleaning or laundry done. Told everyone I know. Can't recommend enough!”

“My dryer is broke and will be for several days. Needed to wash some laundry, so I was scoping out laundromats for the weekend. I haven't been to a laundromat in DECADES, so I was a bit intimidated going in to The Laundry Hub, and my expectations were pretty low. As soon as I entered I noticed how clean & organized everything looked. 2 seconds later the woman who works there greeted me, and away it went. I wish I asked her name because she is an amazing person. Very friendly, walked me through the entire process. I was so impressed that I drove home (1/2 hour away) got the laundry & returned. Same thing. She greeted me at the door, ensured I understood EVERY SINGLE PROCESS and showed me how to do them. The machines are clean (spotless). Functioned flawlessly, quickly, and my clothes came out very clean & dry. This place is an oasis in a sea of businesses that have no clue how to attract & retain customers. A tremendous experience from the moment you enter, to the moment you leave. I was there Friday 2/13 around 1PM. Whomever that awesome woman is (she left when I was absorbed in my phone) I would like to thank her for being an exceptional human being. And thank you to the business owner for the exceptional experience you have created.”

“Outstanding work! I’m a new customer of theirs, and I dropped off a queen sized blanket to get cleaned after 2 years of use. This is a slightly expensive imported blanket with an unusual construction so I was a bit worried about damage as the blanket can be very temperamental while cleaning. When I picked up the blanket it was clean, soft, and fluffy just like the day I got it! Great staff and great service, will definitely come back. Thanks guys!”

The dry cleaning isn't too strong which is great and looked good. The alteration looks to be good quality.
Ignore the guy who gave it one star. I would believe the people who own the place more than that guy after checking it out for myself.”

“It's the best place to do laundry. Its super clean, friendly, helpful staff. Its a really large facility with plenty of washers and dryers from small loads to super large loads and I love the fact that I don't have to carry cash or coins because your funds are loaded on a laundry card that you can reload with any amount and they also have a drop off/ pickup laundry service that's very reasonable and they have free drying if you wash there. Also a bathroom for customers that you access using your laundry card. They also have vending machines for snack and drinks and variety of laundry supplies for sale”

“Recently went here for the first time and had a great experience. I brought in a specialty item to be cleaned and unfortunately something happened to one of the buttons. They worked really hard to find an exact match to fix the button and when they couldn't they offered help with a replacement item. Definitely will be coming back in the future if I need any other items dry cleaned.”

CONS: No bonus on ya card with a certain amount like other locations. U have to pay $2 for the card.
I wasn't too fond of the washers not filling up with water. It gives you enough water to get the clothes wet tho.
*I feel like my clothes got cleaned BUT there were stains that could've possibly came out if my clothes were actually SUBMERGED in water.”
“Cleaned my Ugg boots, one pair I'd had for about 3 years, the other 2 years. Took 3 weeks, didn't change out the insoles, not even sure it was an option. One boot has a little damage from brushing.. but nevertheless my boots were cleaned and look pretty good. And at a fraction of what it costs to buy a new pairs, let alone two.”
