Started out on the right foot of customer service etiquette. Ended on the wrong foot of taking back what was stated/promised.Was not informed by sales person on delivery. This is sourced out by third party. When sourced out by another, any issues you have with the delivery, you have to go to that company.Lowes itself, will not do anything. Lowes gave me the name and number to this delivery company. Was transfered a total of six times, until I was given the right department. The company did refund me monies with a Lowes credit card, which I did not ask for. I paid this in a check. The guy said it would be in a "gift card" and I reiterated that, but, he did not specify in a Lowes Credit card. I did not want that, since I will never purchase another thing at Lowes.However, I did get what a rightfully should. At least they were a company of their word!Lowes itself, never!You are told one thing and it becomes another at the end. Floor mgr., went back on her word. All of a sudden, it was a misunderstanding on my part, not hers, of couse! But, when I was speaking about our conversation, she agreed, until we got to the credit she was suppose to give me towards my purchase. Customer's happiness means nothing. So, a number loss vs numbers buying. No customer service etiquette !! Plus, being informed of things, is not their priority.Plus, she stated, this conversation we had about this company that delivers for Lowes, is not the first complaint. People like myself stated, Lowes should stand responsible, since we are purchasing from them. They should then go to that company, not a customer. Again, this makes happy customers...customer service etiquette. Word of mouth is best for advertising.In ending, if I was told from the beginning, that I would not get a credit towards the item, I would not be writing a review. But, when someone offers a credit and goes back on their word, that is wrong doing. Then, a Manager to take a tone with a customer over the ohone and stated, I have a witness (associate), was a bit immature and terrible management.Sure, do you really think a co-worker, is going to go against a manager and possibly lose their job or make it hard for them?!Lowes in Bensalem is left to be desired!

They have everything you need , the employees say hello to you when you are walking around and are willing to assist you if needed, and I was checking out the nice new John Deere lawn tractors,?

This Lowes location is typically is well maintained and nicely stocked. I visit this store when HD doesn’t have something in stock.The plumbing department at Lowes is pretty weak though. If you need a fitting, adapter or a valve, usually I’m unable to find what I’m looking for. However the lightning and electrical departments are pretty decent.Today I needed assistance from one of their associates and and they were polite and able to help. I think Lowes is working on improving their associates as in the past I would not be able to get any assistance, so it’s a plus.

Was looking for a specialty item used for an electrical connection. One of the employees saw me searching and asked if he could he was from a different area of store he searched the item on his phone and found out what aisle and what bin it was in and walked me to the item. Great employees at Bensalem Lowes

I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s in Feasterville , PA, particularly with Bridget in the appliances department. Bridget’s assistance was invaluable in choosing the right appliances, and the Lowe’s delivery service was flawless—smooth and punctual. Overall, a great shopping and delivery experience!
