I was made to pay $103 activation fee, sold a tablet I was told would be free and not given a receipt. Now I'm being told my monthly service bill is $105 for one line. The girl at this location will be fired. I will contact corporate and not stop until she gets the job at McDonald's she deserves because they have to be pocketing the extra money they get from these scams. I'm completely financially wiped out because of this. I just got a place to live after being homeless for months and now because of that girl I am possibly ending up homeless again. I am so angry and I won't stop until metro t mobile makes this right.

terrible customer service! scam and give tablets for "free" but charge extra i don't recommend going here. the lady inside is no help they give you attitude!

I was somewhat reserved in my thoughts about switching to Metro, but all my friends seem to like the service, and recommended that I try, so I recently stopped into their Street Road location in Bensalem.A young, friendly guy by the name of Sal listened to my extenuating tale of woe whereas I could not get my iphone unlocked, and how I had wasted money with Consumer Cellular's bumbling of how things were handled leading up to my lockout. Sal gave me frank, honest advice about my particular situation, and offered some suggestions that I could save money with in my quest to still keep my phone and switch over to Metro.After failed attempts at unlocking (no fault of Metro's at all) and me trying a bargain-basement phone I bought from Amazon (which kept shutting down whenever it felt like it), I decided to just listen to Sal's advice on purchasing a new phone, which was inevitable at this point. I loved his candor and sincerity... he'll give you honest feedback on whether investing in brand X is wise or not, and he'll back it up with information and facts. Ultimately, I got a new phone, a new phone line established through Metro, and a good few accessories at no charge, thanks to Sal's understanding and empathy to my situation.I'm a senior citizen on social security; every dollar counts, and I'll be spending any future phone dollars at the Metro by T-Mobile store in the Bensalem Center. Sal and his associate, Evelyn, are not only nice people to deal with, they really know their way around the technology of things. They even helped me start the transfer process of swapping all the information in my icloud storage, to my new phone. I could not have asked for any better customer service! I'm grateful for the care and compassion of both Sal and Evelyn, I'm very happy with my new phone, and I'll be the one echoing my friends' recommendations to Metro, and to this Bensalem store in particular.

Worst place ,sold me a phone ,had so many problems with it from the start went back 5 times only to be told I couldn't get a refund to get a different phone. Lady in there was impossible and didn't care ,now I have to buy a another because this one doesn't work. Don't go here

This place is a scam dressed up as a business and the sales people and manager are the least professional people I’ve ever encountered. Just a few highlights of my recent experience here:1. Associate didn’t know how to turn my phone on, and as a result; had me purchase a new phone2. The associate dropped the new phone several times while trying to activate it because she couldn’t hold it with her long nails3. Associate stated phone cost 230 dollars and then asked me to pay 320 claiming the other 100 was for activation fees— refused to provide receipt4. manager also refused to provide receipt but I eventually learned how the $320 was the actual price of the phone and the associate lied about the cost of the phone5. Manager refused to return the phone next day or provide receipt. Manager was extremely rude and painfully incompetent.this place is a complete disaster, I do not recommend.

Everything says the store doesn't close until 8pm, I arrived at 7:41pm to activate a phone, buy a case & maybe a few other things. Yet the 2 girls in the store had the door locked and wouldn't answer the phone or come to the door to advise the customer why the store is closing early. Here they do it every time, I tremendously wiring at a cell phone store & we helped customers up until close, if it was 8pm then 8pm was when the door got locked, Not 5 mins early, Not 30 mins early, Not even a min early. Seriously. I hope the owner see's this and make a change. Either way they lost my business. & I mean Business / Company account & any personal lines I still have with them. LOL, Their leaving right now as I'm writing this, it's 8pm on the dot and their out of here. WOW, unreal.

Only came here once, just to ask a few questions about Metro plans. I have to know what I'd be in for before I decide to become a customer. The worker helping me seemed progressively more and more annoyed and impatient with me with every new question. It was very unpleasant.

So apparently Metro PCs advertise that they Offer $40.00 / $50.00 & $60.00 plans on their website. However when I was at the store and ask the rep to activate my BYOD phone on a $40.00 plan, the rep said they are not allowed to sell $40.00 plan. I will have to get the $60.00 unlimited plan for the first month and then next month I will be able to reduce my plan to $40.00. This is such a SCAM from the independent Metro Store owner and the Metro PCs company. I don't want to spend $60.00 for the services that I am not going to fully use. Just give me what I want and get it over with. But it was OK for them to loose a sale and stick to their $60.00 plan policy. Walked right out the door and went across the street to a T-mobile store and got a prepaid plan for $25.00 with unlimited talk and text and some data and I didn't have to pay for any sim card fees and activation fee like the Metro store was charging. Stay away from this shady store and shady metro pcs company.

I went there today and i did find two girls ,one of them was rude , she asked the other girl to take care of me instead of her because she was tired . That made me uncomfortable. And then had to help a other costumer who couldn't speak English and was screaming at him and made him uncomfortable and made me uncomfortable as well. She had red hair color. But the one who helped me was really nice to us .
