“This is a place you have to experience for yourself to understand the level of customer service that is provided. It is day and night compared to Lowe's and Home Depot. I would recommend this store for professionals and homeowners looking to DIY. The staff is knowledgeable and the prices are fair. I go here to get everything from one bolt to larger hardware/household products.”

This time they helped with color choices, on Friday I’ll be back for 4 gallons of the suggested paint . Even if a box store COULD do that, who cares?? SW paint is the best. Period”

The team here made the color I needed. I made the purchase and was on my way with 2 gallons of paint. Less than 20 minutes, total time! I can't remember the names of the staff members who helped me, but as soon as I walked into the store, they helped me right away. There is a main parking lot that several businesses use in this little strip mall area. The paint store is located on Route 130N.”

I spoke to Asia at the Main office and she was very understanding and referred my complaint to the Philadelphia City District Manager Jeffery Kostusiak.
