It's bad enough we can't use outside atm's to deposit money anymore but, then you got everybody wasting gas(driving from morrisville to Bensalem) to go to your business just to find out your ATM inside is broken. Something has to give or your going to loss most of your business to other banks.

Not happy with PFFCU. I spoke with a representative named Dana yesterday over the phone, she was not very helpful and quite rude.I had two complaints, the first being the ATM has been out of service for over 2 weeks at the Bensalem location. I told her how much of an inconvenience it was because of my work hours and needing to deposit through it. I drove to two other locations in Philadelphia just to make a deposit. Not acceptable.My other complaint was that I recently opened a 3rd account with my daughter. I have not been able to register online. She told me she’d have to put in a request for a different department to call me which was suppose to be by the end of the business day yesterday. No one called me. My daughter received her first check from work and can’t even access her checking account. Extremely frustrating. The lack of quality customer service with this bank is very concerning. Didn’t want to switch banks but that may have to be the outcome.I expected better with this bank.

One ATM, which is regularly out of order. No information or communication about it being fixed. Long lines. Slow tellers. Rude customer service. Been a member for a handful of years, but recently this bank has become very frustrating to deal with. Will be looking elsewhere.

The people here are nice but this is the most complicated bank I’ve ever dealt with. The online system is in shambles and it takes so long to transfer money. I am So upset i am now a member here and have to wait to my car is paid off to leave this bank. Also every single person here will tell you something different and it seems like no one knows what’s going on.

4*s Because that's the Highest an employee there can get from a raise based on a 1 to 5 scale.I'd be glad to up the review to 5 stars when a 5 star review becomes possible in even a SINGLE category !I guess not giving the max raise allows the board of directors a better quarterly bonus....

Stopped in for the first time to get a new debit card & I was impressed. Very long however, it moved extremely fast. Sierra helped me with a smile, and introduced me to new promotions & CC offers. Thinking of banking primarily with them rather navy fed. Thanks sierra!Will return, & would definitely recommend!

Been a member for years, after getting shafted by regular banks. Recently moved and this is the closest branch to me now. Came here after work on a Wednesday around 5 to cash some checks, luckily they're open until 6. It's rare I visit a branch but it's good to know this one isn't too far away. When I'd go to the Philly ones it seemed as long just getting through all the traffic...

Very inconvenient, customer service is very nasty and rude. I very politely explained my issue, that the ATM several times has been unavailable for cash deposits. The next closet branch is at least 30 min away. Been charged with 6 fees.Never had these issues with other banks.I will be switching to another bank asap.Worst experience ever.
