Have been there 6 yrs they have always been helpful and respectful when I am late paying the rent. Yesterday I was leaving my unit maybe 5_7 minutes late and I received a courtesy text today to leave on time. Never had any other problems.

Rain water made its way into my storage unit due to a couple of days of heavy rainfall. When I bought my concern to Lori and Ray, they instantly responded with an apology, although it was no fault on the behalf of Public Storage, but mother nature. And, instantly, Lori and Ray offered to change my storage unit, and within five (5) minutes, I had a new storage unit 😃 I have utilized many storage companies, but there are none that can compare to Public Storage, or their top tier Customers Service 💯 Thank you 😃

This is a nasty place that is infected with rats. My stuff was in this place for one year, and I lost everything because it was damaged with the rats pee and feces so nasty, and they said that they can't do anything about it

I rented on line and the next day I received a call from the property manager Lori and she called to introduce herself and to see if I needed anything, she gave me the office hours and phone number if I ever need her, I’ve rented at other storage places and never had anyone call just to make sure I was ok!! I would like to commend the truly outstanding sercice that I received today at the Public Storage site on Bristol pike in Bensalem.Lori was the on-site representative. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful and knowledgeable guiding me through the process of opening an account and obtaining a storage unit. I’ve been renting here for a long time and today I met Lori and she is so nice and I noticed a big difference in the property since she’s been here!! Good job Public Storage for hiring someone that really cares!!!
