Treated my wife with such ignorance and unprofessionalism!Branches closing left and right and they try making her get a bank account or she can no longer make car payments there.More like Salamander than Santander.Slimy wannabe lizards!And what country might own your scammers bank be from?Check TD Bank also.More foreign hands also in our pockets!!!

I was there at 3:53 and doors were locked and they told me all systems are shut down the hrs say 4:00 Pmc rushed there rite after work fir them to tell me they were closed I bin trying to get the money I need fir a week and a half it’s crazy I ask the guy in there if he could let me in to withdraw money he said no

I like the people at the bank, but I don't like their corporate personnel. I was a little upset when they sent me a welcome confirmation package with every bit of my personal information down to my work address and driver's license number on top of my social security number. The only other thing I don't like is this location shares a parking lot with a food store. They don't seem to ever enforce the parking here

Absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT bank here unless you like dealing with a headache and never ending problems. Supposed to close my account THREE times and they never did.

I don't bank here but needed to cash a check from Santander. One teller working. Huge line and no help from anyone. Waited over 20 minutes. What a terrible experience.

Owning a business in Bensalem for over 35yrs employing 15people we have been with Pnc and very happy.like all businesses we've had our ups and downs.By accident we ran into a Santander employee during lunch at the Essington house.we struck up conversation and before we knew it we were visited by their small business manager,we went out for lunch,we ate food whilst this person drank beers as if he was a handle on a one armed bandit at Parx Casino.we handed him our business records and he called us back and said you're good to go,we got a line of credit no problem,then they approached us to see if we would transfer all our business to them from PNC,we were definately interested,my accountant warned me to beware of Santander as they had a reputation of promising you the world and delivering you nothing,how right he was.just the week before I had attempted to deposit $1m into one of their banks in my home town in Europe where I am a citizen property owner,when I explained I was here to deposit money not rob the bank they offered no explanation whatsoever,the money was in a bank 100yards down the road,it was a check of taxed money 100%legal.Santander bank originated in Spain,they are the new kid in town,In Bensalem this small business agent of the bank had told us verbally that everything was good all our ducks were in a row we were good to go. On his word we placed a large order for equipment anticipating a new partnership with Santander.suddenly they stopped returning calls,cell phones went to answering machines and we had obligations commitments to meet and bills to pay we were in a Jam.We solved our short term easily with a finance company but our experience with Santander was embarrassing for us,shame on them,they certainly lived up to the reputation our accountant warned us of but I would strongly advise you to use an American bank you've known an trusted for years as a foreign bank such as this can disappear as fast as it arrived,I've certainly learned my lesson

I have tried to close my accounts with this bank two separate times. Both times assured the accounts were closed. Just received an insufficient funds notice they paid from my account an auto debit. I now have to go in and close it a third time!! This on the heals of opening an account in the first place with them because of their financial incentive which they declined to give because the automatic deposits which would have qualified me were made into a savings account rather than checking. This fact was not explained when opening the account. Stay far far away from this bank. It is not worth the time and aggravation.

All I want to do is close out an account and had to wait for 45 + minutes and was not even recognized by one employee inside. The exact reason I am transferring it out to a better bank with actual customer service.
