I was having a really difficult time getting a large file uploaded to the website but a rep, Daniel at the Bensalem PA store, was amazing and walked me through it to put on a flash drive to bring in. He processed the order in person. I got the memory boards for my grandmom's funeral printed on time and they came out beautiful

I had a relatively large and expensive print order to place, and because it involved multiple items, I needed guidance and advice on how to best print them. Camden was more than willing to help. She went above and beyond and even helped us sign up to get certain coupons to save some money. Very helpful and would recommend

I go to this staples often it’s clean and everyone is super nice.Yesterday however, I am going through a very tough week between life changes and work my brain just could not focus. I walked in because I needed to print something and Diane was just so patient. In time where not everyone wants to work, she assisted me with such grace. Diane thank you for being so nice and attentive.

Went to get printing services completed for work & have valid rights to the information on the materials. Not only was I declined service, but had the worst attitude from their staff at Print. To another Staples I go.

Unbelievable customer service I just got from here today. And it comes from a manger too? Seriously don't know what kind of training they be receiving, or no training at all. It's easy to train an employee skills but definitely can't train an employee's attitude. When you're working on the floor, no way you are showing this type of customer service out. As a Relationship Manager, my employee will be out of the door already.So what exactly happened? I have been coming to this staple for color printing a number of times. Right off my head I can count at least 5-7x, for my kid's birthday to my wedding, which is last month, and was less than a month ago. Every time I'm here I don't have much issues and other staffs were pretty friendly and professional. I was always able to use their PrintMe service where I emailed them my file to be printed and I provide my own card stock or labels and they color print that for me. Always in and out within 5-10mins. Then today I was told by an older lady sales associate that there is an express fee if I want that printed right away and the turn around time is 1hr even with that express fee. What?! So I called my husband and see when he's here few wks ago happened to him, like was this always their policy. Both my husband and I have always been printing with no 1hr turn around time and no extra fees being told to us. So I explained that to the lady and ask to speak to the manager about when this started because my last visit was a month ago myself and less than a month ago for my husband. The manager, who was standing on the side talking to another person came over and start off with an attitude already. I told him that I was not told bout this express fee and turn around time. I even told him a month ago I even gave a good rating and review on one of his staff. He asked me who and I pull up the review. Then the manager said "Oh, I know him. I trained him. But he hasn't work here for 5 months now." That moment annoyed me. How are you the manager and lie to me! I told the manager right away that that is not true because I gave this review the day I was here and it was a month a ago only that I reviewed this Staple and that staff. The manager shut up right away and said "Why are you fighting over a few cents?" Excuse me? It's not about that few cents I am disappointed bout. It's your overall attitude and lie and the way you speak to a customer as a freaken manager too! As a Relationship Manger, I have dealt with many many customers because we work on the floor too, but NEVER you present this to any customers when you're representing a company. What a shame! The proper way he should have treated the situation is to hear the customer said, explain the company policy, and waive that this time, and welcome the customer to come back. So next time customer returns, he/she is already aware of this and won't be surprised. His way of behavior just brush the customers off and never want to return back. The manager then tell me I wont charge you the express fee this time, but next time I will and he semi throw the printed card stock paper back to my hands. How rude! I don't know what kind of manner is that. Apparently he wasn't trained at work and wasn't taught at home. Even my 5yo said to me "Mommy why is that boy so mean and not nice." Unbelievable!

The store employees are great but Staples' policy regarding returns is terrible. We bought a printer and after 2 additional trips to the store and several hours with tech support on line Staples finally admitted the printer does not work properly. However, even though we purchased a back-up warranty from Staples, they will not simply exchange the printer or give us a strore credit but told us that WE must contact the manufacturer to have it replaced. Of course, when we called the manufacturer we were put on hold for several minutes until we finally gave up. Staples said they take returns only within a 14 day period after purchse, and we are only a few days past that, basically because they would not admit the printer was faulty when we first took it back to the store and then wasted more time on different days with remote tech support. Bottom line: Staples doesn't stand behind what they sell. They act like some "middle man." I will not deal with them again and advise anyone else considering buying from them to reconsider.

I was prepared to spend $700+ but the only saw three employees, one behind the print center desk, one at the checkout counter, and one taking down price tags. No one offered help even after my being there 20-30 minutes, so I left.

This Staples is ok but a bit small. It had what I needed but I had to walk the entire store and finally go back up front to find the packing tape. It wasn't nice the tape aisle with the duct tape and no aisle was labeled picking supplies. As it turns out the packing supplies are in the aisle labeled "Binders". Go figure. Anyway I found what I needed. Checkout was pleasant enough.

This place deserves no stars but a star needs to be selected to post a review. I took my printed document to Staples and I explained to the service rep how I wanted the pages cut. I went to Staples on Nov 11, 2020 to pickup my document and they punched multiple holes within the document instead of in the outside border of the document. I wasted one rim of my own paper which took me 1hr to print and I prepaid about $19 for poor job service. I could've done a better without eyeballs. I'm never going back.

ATTENTION, ATTENTION... ALL eyes on RYAN. I frequent the local Staples on Street Road often for my business supplies. Usually the services is so so. I have had good and bad experiences so from time to time I choose to skip over the Street Rd location. I was in need of last minute business cards, but noticed a few other promotional items posted on the wall by the print center. Ryan took time to go over options, pricing AND assisted with designing my new marketing materials. I am so thankful if Ryan and because of him, I will continue to frequent this location. Knowledgeable, Attention to detail, pleasant and patient. Way to go Ryan for your excellent customer service. Thank you!

I had to have an emailed document printed, signed, and re scanned. It had a password on it, so it caused some problems. Kiana, the Print & Marketing Business Center Associate was very patient and useful. It made this job alot faster and done. Thanks alot!
