This is a third party t mobile. Tried to take my old phone back but they couldn’t take it because “the new one came in the mail”. Rep stated I would mess up his inventory. I showed him the text I got from T-Mobile saying to return in the mail or bring it to a store. He said he can’t take it back. I went to the store on Street Road they were able to assist. I was in and out in minutes. Avoid this location at all costs! Take your business to the street road location.

I needed a new phone and I found it here. The service rep was great to talk with. There was never any point where I felt pressure to buy anything. That is what made the whole experience worth wild.

The worst sales experience ever!!! The salesman that I dealt with were shady, they didn’t explain my bill to me, said I would be emailed a receipt…which I never received. On top of that they offered me a month of “free” internet which I ended up paying for, and didn’t inform me of what benefits came with the plan they put me on. I didn’t have any say-so with my plan and was left completely in the dark, then they had the audacity to ask me to leave them a positive review. Here’s a review for you, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

My husband and I wanted to see what phone deals are available. All 3 salesperson were disinterested and just looking at their phones, didn't offer any assistance unless asked. And when asked for help, all they did was regurgitate what we found online. We are tmobile customer for many years and if they cannot find any deals to keep us as customers, then we are just going to switch providers.

BUYER BEWARE!!! AVOID THIS AUTHORIZED DEALER. This is not a corporate tmobile store. This place is a bait and switch. They lure you in telling you free This free that, when you get home and look at your bill its gone way up and not only was the device not free but they added an additional line without permission. I am still dealing with this headache weeks later. Switched things on my bill. Added a phone to the wrong line. Added protection to another line. The ineptitude of Matt , whom I dealt with is astounding. This place has caused me numerous headaches, several phone calls and costed me over $100 dollars to date. They are dishonest and all about commission. Management offers nothing but "Sorry we missed the mark" and nothing to rectify their dishonesty and wrong doings. I hope you get shut down!!

Hunter is the best T-Mobile associate that I have ever dealt with. Supper supportive and very interactive. Associates should be learning from Hunter he knows his deals and knows how the business is supposed to work. Thank you so much Hunter I really appreciate it.

Gave me a "free watch" under false pretenses. Take it home "free" as part of the s23 release promo. Come home to find out the full price of the watch was tacked onto my plan at $10 a month until ? Complete scam. This was after trying to push a multitude of other products on me and tack those onto my plan too. Dishonest sales people. Now I have to pay a restock fee

Extremely unhappy with my visit today. Wanted to remove a line, upgrade my phone and add two new lines to my plan. What I got was a guy pushing a "new better and cheaper" plan that was almost 100 more than I pay now.The kicker?That was before adding the two new lines, or phone upgrades. I couldn't even get any of my concerns address because they only cared about upgrading (read spend more money) on a plan I didn't ask for. I also didn't ask for the smug remarks as I was leaving since they couldn't take no for a answer. Won't be back to this location.Im willing to try one more store, but if this continues I'm done with this company.

Unreliable. I went in at 10 am cause that's what the store hours online say only to wait an hour because they don't open till 11. Spent about 5 hours in there transferring lines. Planned on opening a new line and upgrading another. Ended up waiting on the upgrade. Was told it was out of stock and I had to wait cause I couldn't finance both of them at once and to come in about a month or 2 and id be able to. Turns out it was a lie. Not to mention. The first staff member I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and pushy. Originally was going to open another line but when we couldn't upgrade the one phone then we decided not to. When I said I only wanted the 3 lines he proceeded to tell me "but the 4th is free anyway." This went on for a good 10 minutes before I gave up because I realized it was pointless. I could either accept the new line or leave and seeing as we didn't have signal with Verizon (which we previously had) we had to switch....... overall they were unprofessional.. if your planning on changing over to tmobile. Do all the research yourself cause they can legally lie right to your face. Who knew you can falsely advertise in today's day and age..... go figure. Final note. Even if the 4th line is free the monthly phone payments and protection plan weren't. In my opinion he just didn't want to start from scratch

Don’t go here the guys are scammers. They gave me 3 contracts without telling me. I just got off the phone with my service provider who informs me they signed me up for a monthly screen protector contract which is over 100$ a year. Every time I go back to get help there is only one guy who can help and he’s not always there. It’s horrible worst experience ever.

Went in to see about adding my new iPhone to my iPad data only plan. The one rep was helping another customer. But the other one was just playing on his phone, ignoring me(and I was less than three feet from him right next to the other rep. He claimed he was on the phone with his manager(while laughing and playing on another phone) then just put the phone in his pocket and walked away. Rudest rep I've EVER dealt with. I asked what his name was his answer( in a smart AZZ tone was right here) as if his tag said 'right here'sWorst ever. I'll do my busiss online or just switch to a different carrier. Undecided as of now.
