I've been to this location several times and it never opens when it's supposed to and it closes earlier than what it's supposed to. It's really annoying when people have to get into work and you're waiting outside for 1015 minutes past the time it's supposed to be open and no one's there.

The store that I went to was in a very easy to find location . Also , The employee was friendly and helpful . I was asked if I needed extra insurance and how fast did I want the package to arrive .
It was a very streamlined process and I was in and out of the store in record time . Everything about my experience was good and I will continue to use this location in the future

I just left this UPS store in Bensalem. Jennifer was the clerk that helped me and she wonderful! She explained why Amazon has you going to different locations to return items and told me what to do when I return my next Amazon parcel. She was kind, efficient, and very helpful. Great job, Jennifer!
I was also there a second time and Chris was the attendant who assisted me. He was pleasant, polite, and efficient in helping me return three items to Amazon. Another great job! Thanks, Chris.

They were friendly and helpful! I had to print a shipping label to return something and I just emailed it to them and they printed it and taped it to the box, all for 30 cents.
