Not sure what the guys name is but his customer service skills are non existent. Beard and always wears a hat. Needs to find a job not in customer service asap. Maybe one of those restaurants where they are purposely rude to people would be a better fit.

The worst Home Depot rental ever to rent the machines.
They charge cleaning fee even when you clean the machine after your job and the Mud is not yours on the trailer or machine they do photo in the morning. It was dark and he did not even do photo with the flash and later, he said, the machine is not clean. Dont go there

unbelievable ,but they overcharge me for 1 day using small trailer. I paid about $200.00 without any damages for that trailer. Do not trust them !

Good this time but for some reason no location around me has the deck sander so I had to run a floor sander to do a deck which is not the same thing
