This terminal is a joke just like the rest of TForce Freight. Nobody at this terminal will pick up the phone. Your cargo will not be picked up and not rescheduled. You have to go through extended lengths and delays to get anything done. Stay far away from them if you want safe yourself headache.

Drivers are pretty good, professional, timely, but the customer service is terrible.

Lazy staff and poorly ran. I was told to come between 9-11 to drop off a freight shipment. I got there at 10 and was told I needed to come back after 3. They said there wasn't anyone "authorized' to take it off my truck. Meanwhile there's people riding around on forklifts. I guess my time is irrelevant.
