I thought there was a system of drop off in one line and pick up in another line. Apparently, I was wrong. So there's one long line to wait and it's a long wait. The pharmacist was clueless, dismissive and rude. Then I witness an older lady asking a question where something was and the manager said "it's somewhere in the store." Wow! Some help. Anyway, it was my turn and the clueless pharmacist looked at my prescription and immediately said I won't have it tonight but then looked confused. He went back and asked what it's for and I said my dog and he didn't even ask for my prescription card, he just quoted me at full price of a little over $900 for 12 pills where my prescription was for 126 pills. The entire process was so frustrating, I left. I went on chewy and got my 126 pills for $166. Screw Walmart.

In addition to horrible, disrespectful and unprofessional customer service in the presence of the pharmacy manager, they violate HIPPA law and scream the name of the medication across the pharmacy from the cashier position. First they don't have it in stock then they have few. Then the lies continue with the pharmacy supervisor, Steve that the medication is on back order and he approved emergency supply. That's is very disrespectful. This is not the end of it.

Cleaner and better stocked than the Philly Walmarts. But many of the employees are just as nasty. On average, any Walmart has the lowest prices for almost everything they sell, often lower than the sale prices at other stores. The neighborhood is gorgeous and there are hundreds of great nearby stores even though many others have closed due to COVID. Traffic is usually decent except during rush hour. But two stars removed due to the poor customer service expected at any Walmart and experienced here.

The last two times my husband went to purchase items he was accused of not paying for all his items. He does not like self checkout and always goes to a cashier. When he is leaving the lady at the door yells Sir you didn't pay for all your things. He asked her how is that possible ? I went to a cashier here is my receipt. The security guard came over and started saying the same thing. My husband said same thing happened last week when I was here. Then customer service lady comes over to see what is going on. Lady was busy harrassing an old couple who was behind my husband in line checking their whole cart with security while a man with hoodie and two big bags just walks right out no questions asked. So my husband says maybe you should question him he didn't even have a receipt. Security didn't like that. I work in retail also and good customer service is you never accuse ,you ask may I see your receipt ? Maybe they need a course .

Worst customer service. Called 6x in 2 days. Called about stock of iced tea and was sent to automotive. Other times disconnected. Two times left on hold indefinitely. Item was in stock per website, finally went to store and it was out of stock.

Walmart is walmart no matter where you go. Disorganized and crazy busy. However, I prefer this one over the one in tullytown. I think the major downfall of this location is that there is NO produce section. Also, parking is insane but again it's walmart. You come for the cheap prices, not to feel relaxed lol.

Don't waste your time returning anything here. Not one person in front of me as well as myself was able to return an item while waiting in the usual walmart return line. After waiting for 45 minutes, the stupid lady with the glasses wouldn't take my return even though I had a receipt and recently purchased an item from another walmart location in Philly. She's either missing brain cells or is too lazy to actually do work. She didn't make much of an effort to look up the item. I hope she gets fired!

I came here today for the first time In a while and it was so stressful trying to find a parking spot and also stressful because the checkout lines were so long . They definitely need more workers at this location and need more items on their shelves. I don't like this location but since it is the closest I came here. I do not recommend this location but if you need something and have no choice then do it. I love walmart but I prefer to shop out of Philly because people are nicer and I feel the shelves are stocked up more at other stores.

Customer service is at an all time low at this location. All is wanted was to buy cologne and there was a button to push to alert associates to come to my aisle. No one came after 25 minutes.

Worst Pharmacy ever! Something wrong every month since I stared getting my meds there in July 2020. Must call every month to make sure they fill all meds. Never fill them all on time. They don't use text notification consistently so I am always calling to check on my meds. They never contact my doctor for refills until I either call them or show up for my meds. Some staff are very rude. However, the woman who rings me up is always very nice.
