I think this is one of the best banks. They helped us a lot during a hard time we were having. They solved our problem in a really quick way and answered all our questions. They are very helpful and friendly every time we go there and they don’t make us loose our time, because they know exactly how to do things.

Interested rate to low, credit union are giving avg 4 per. Banks only. .50 per should be a even plain, the convenience is good and staff at bank excellent, corporate greed wanting us to pay for their higher taxes, on their homes yachts, vacation time ?

My experience with this banks was not good ...there one blonde white girl ...who was rude and talk nasty .when ask was we done she just walk away not saying have a good day she just left us there. Knowing we wanted to do a withdrawal...she made me feel like she was racist .manager saw act this way and did nothing i believe her name is Ashley I will try not to go to this location due to rudeness and not professional 8/30/23

Recently went to this branch location to take out money. The first woman who helped me was very kind and then she had to get another banker to assist in the withdraw. I am not sure of this woman’s name but I do know she had her hair up and ONE straggly piece of hair braided/twisted in the back of her head and is one of the bilingual speakers there. She was way too loud especially rambling about the amount of money I was withdrawing. I simply asked “does it usually take long to get this money” in the nicest way possible and right away she starts by saying it’s a lot of money and asking “you don’t think this is a lot of money” it is not her business what I think is a lot and what I do not think is a lot. She then had the audacity of asking what I do for a living. When someone is withdrawing a lump sum of money the whole line that was waiting should not have to hear that. This woman needs to KNOW that if I want to withdraw money that I can withdraw however much I want from MY account WITHOUT being questioned in an arrogant way. Literally, her job is to handle money from people’s bank accounts. That’s it. Plain and simple, anyone can do it. Currently working on switching banks completely after being with Wells Fargo for approximately 10 years because blasting the amount of money I was withdrawing IS NOT SAFE if the wrong person heard it. Very unacceptable.

I have been with this bank over 20yrs , and I'm not sure if I will be with them much longer . I'm having a problem with my ATM card and I called and asked to speak to a supervisor , and the the girl said, (Big , Big) NO ! I was kinda stunned , so I asked again , Can I Please speak to yóur Supervisor ? And again, NO !! I'm glad it was all on tape, because that's how the banks employees handle phone calls ?

Talk about racisl profiling!! Worst experience ever!! Been a customer for over 15 years. Just wanted to make a withdrawal, but they treated me like a criminal!! So embarrassing! Never again!

They are significantly short staffed and you have to wait hours just to access your safety deposit box. Staff is rude and doesn’t seem to care about their clients at all. Save your money and bank with someone else who cares about their clients.

I wish I can give a no star rating always a line no matter what extremely slow any employees spotted always 2 handling one customer I waited nearly an hour in line with only 5 people in it to cash a check makes absolutely no sense at all

I went to deposit a check into my business account but forgot account number the teller told me she couldn't look it up seriously isn't that your job to work with accounts. Third strike I'm so done dealing with such incompetent people

I've been with wells fargo for roughly 6 years. Recently got a job with no direct deposit so I came in to take care of my check , and they act bothered by it. They keep pushing the mobile deposit and reassured me the money would be in my account right away. I tried it and now one of my bills are going to be late because I listened to a teller instead of doing what I know works.
