Usually in and out. Friendly staff. However, now remodeled the inside, which it does look beautiful and modern but only two windows and at the present time only one in use. So slower service for customers. Big disappointment.

Ashley helped me open a savings account. Her service was above and beyond for me. She educated me on topics which I was not educated on and overall gave me a better understanding of money management. Thank you Ashley I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

Bad customer service. Lost my debit card, waited on the phone for an hour to speak to a representative So informed them I needed a card right away. They were trying to call into the branch no one answered and informed me to try and just go in. Waited in line for 30 minutes for them to tell me that I need an appointment. I informed them of what the customer service rep told me to do. The clerk didn’t care and cannot assist me. I did inform her that I had an emergency with my son and needed a replacement card right away card right away but the clerk had no sympathy and turn me away.

Great experience! This has by far been the best interaction I’ve had with Wells Fargo. I have not conducted business with this company in over 5 years due to to poor service. I am attending a wedding out of town and needed some cash, contrary to their typically policy, they made change for me even though I am not a customer. It provided a positive impact on my day as I was crunch for time. Big shout out to Service Manager Anthony, not only was he extremely courteous with me, I was able to witness him handle a very busy store, provide training to new employees and effectively deescalate an anxious customer. Teller Elma was polite and efficient in handling my transaction. If Wells Fargo modeled each of their stores after this on in NE Philly, I believe they would greatly increase new business and expand existing. I certainly would consider returning if this proved to be a repeatable experience nationwide.

Sharon is the best! I love her energy and drive. Helped me in everything I needed. Introduced me to the whole bank after I opened an account. She made me feel welcomed as if I was a part of them. I don't think I'll ever switch. She's the best!
