I have tried calling and never got an answer. I have visited multiple times during the google open hours and when the open sign is up. Every time the door is locked and no one answers. It's unfortunate trying to support a local business but forced to always go to big box stores when those businesses don't have accurate information available.

This is Nancy the groomer at Wow and have been here since the store and grooming opened. First let me tell everybody there have been rumors that are prices are going to be increased well that is not going to happen. We have charged the same prices since we opened and we still use alll the same products. We do use a blueberry facial shampoo on all dogs. We also have special shampoos for different grooms we do, such as dashed shampoo and conditioner for a deshead groom other products we use are oatmeal and honey shampoos with dogs that have skin conditions. We also use rose water conditioner. We do teeth gel on every dog. The other prices and agreed with both Nancy and Nick. Nick is very knowledgeable with dogs cats for products food , feel free to ask him any questions and he will help you. He is a certified vet tech and a certified dog trainer and behaviorist, I am a certified pet groomer, I have never had a problem with tips and pay I also receive a spreadsheet of work of “dogs done and prices charged every week. I am very happy working here. I decided to live Petco and came here.

I was a groomer here for almost 2 years. The place has potential but the owners would not listen. The groomers are not employees they’re independent workers so supposed to be partners. The owners know nothing about grooming but continued to control prices and not listen to the groomers… they do not provide anything except water and space. I no longer work there but Nancy is still there for awhile and she’s sweet with dogs. Please hand your tips directly to her because she doesn’t always get them. Also please mention the price you’re given at register to your groomer so she’s paid her cut fairly. They do NOT do blueberry facials or teeth cleaning that was iust me (Voni) the prices continue to rise because they want to match Petco/Petsmart prices without giving the same service.They also ask and push every person to leave a good review . If you’re on Facebook or next door and looking for me it’s Voni’s Pet Grooming. Very sad it came to this. Good luck NANCY please stand up for yourself!!

Nick is very knowledgeable about pets. He truly listens to the problem and gives a through thoughtout reply. His advice really helps! His store is clean and has an array of holistic food and treats for your pets. We had both our dogs 🐕 groomed there. It was worth every penny. It's the best my pets have ever looked and I have taken them everywhere. The staff are welcoming and friendly as well. Give WOW Pets a try. You WON'T be disappointed!

I took my Oliver here today for the first time. Everyone was very nice. I definitely recommend getting your dog groomed here. The groomer was very nice and did an amazing job, he did exactly what I asked.

One of the best pet supplies and pet grooming store in town. I took my pup for grooming they did a really good job he came out smelling good, fluffy. I will do all my pet shopping here now onwards as the pricing of food is much less. I highly recommend them. ?

I asked for a specific style and did not get anything close to what I asked for. My puppy got a haircut and nothing more. She didn't smell like she had a bath. She didn't look like a fluffy blow dried dog should look. As a matter of fact a couple of days later her feet had that corn chips smell. I was so disappointed. Eighty dollars down the drain. I don't make a scene. I just don't go back.
