The pics on the left are the cakes that I ordered, and the ones on the right are what I received. I was told their printer was acting up the day before the parties, and wanted to know if I was okay with that. No, I’m not okay with it, but I didn’t have a choice to find someone else to do it in less than 24 hours. Only thing they did for me was knock off $20 on my son’s cake. We will never use their bakery ever again. The lady couldn’t even put the picture in the center of either cake!

Wake up call to the store owner. Your meat cutter is killing your business. Folks will shop elsewhere if the meat case is always empty. The red meat case is pathetic. I have been shopping there for years and I am a retired meat cutter who started cutting in 1975. No excuse for empty meat cases. I now travel farther to get what I want. Fill it one high coast to coast.

the manager on duty, was very disrespectful and insulted us. He insinuated we brought soda from another store when we clearly had a receipt for it. he also refused to return our money for a product they sell for 15$ but offered us 2$ out of his pocket because he felt thats what its worth.

So today I had a bad experience at giant eagle, there was a younger girl who was a cashier that sent me to another line because she was closing.... I switched lines with my 4 items, and she stayed opened and cashed out her friend who entered the line after me... I really felt that was rude, I could see if I had a buggey full but I literally had 4 items !!

After ringing the bell 4 times and waiting at the bakery... the cake I ordered for my mom's birthday was not ready... NOT EVEN STARTED! They knew nothing about it....until they found my order on the counter. The women working there showed no disregard and just told me they had nothing for me. I ordered the cake on Wednesday to be picked up Friday... received confirmation of the order and that it was READY FOR PICKUP! The owner then came over and proceeded to tell me that he was never copied on my order... as if it was MY FAULT! He offered me a cake out of the cooler... I ordered a quarter sheet cake with filling.... not comparable and who knows how long they were in there! He also offered for his manager to come in and make it... I declined. I was done and I wasn't dragging my newborn son back there. Lesson learned.

This store is one of the smallest & somewhat dirty grocery stores I've ever shopped in !! The prices are so high I guess the only reason they do as much business as they do is because it's the only grocery store in town. At least I am able to get out of town to shop cheaper in other stores. The elderly senior citizens that can't leave town are forced to pay those prices !! The owner is making his money off of the elderly who are on fixed incomes to begin with....he should be ashamed !! When I hear of another business coming to town, I only hope that it will be a cleaner, friendlier, & cheaper grocery store !! One day maybe my prayers will be answered....until then Giant Eagle....lower prices, clean the store, & train the employees to be friendlier !!

I think that their prices are out of line of a lot of items. Sliced Hormel pepperoni an 8oz package at Walmart is $2.99 at this Giant Eagle it costs $5.99. I have brought this disparity to their attention, but they have changed nothing. For the most part, their staff is very friendly. A relative of the owner, that works as a cashier in the evenings, is terribly unfriendly. I have never hand a cashier complete an entire transaction without speaking, until I met this smug little man. I used to shop here frequently, but now I us it as a convenience store.
