This is a pretty decent rite aid location. They don't have the best selection of medicine, specifically for kids, but overall not bad. Store wasn't busy at all so I was in and out very quick!

If I could leave 0 I would. I'm very disappointed in rite aid. My autistic son has went days without medication that is not safe to miss doses behind an extremely rude and unprofessional employee. Amanda is a terrible employee who has multiple complaints but rite aid refuses to let her go. You have officially lost the business of a family of 4. 2 who receive thousands of dollars worth of prescriptions a month. Do better.

Editing to add, I went in for a COVID test for an elderly person, arguably the scariest experience for both of us and the woman at the counter was, disgusting. She barked at me for my name and dob and then answered calls with grace and laughter. Only thing I can figure, is she's got an anti COVID; but it doesn't matter what you think, you work for someone else. I will NEVER come here for anything. I have LOTS of other choices, and figured a PHARMACY would be easier to get what I need. That womans attitude is so disgusting, why did she decide to work at pharmacy? Disgusting!

Do not pick up Amazon packages here. Employees will tell you your items arent there and send you off on a wild goose chase. Very careless and very annoying

I’ve been coming here for years. I think the staff is absolutely wonderful! Weather in the pharmacy or in store. They are always pleasant and happy to help you. Sometimes people complain about the staff not being friendly which I do not believe. OK so like they have never had a bad day at work! You have to give people some credit. You’re dealing with the public. At least they are working. Keep up the great work! Thank you for being there. I do appreciate everything you all do and being friendly And pleasant! THANK YOU!!!

The first vaccine was perfectly done, did not feel it. The second vaccine was horrible and left a big welt on my arm. The staff does act like you are bothering them but there one female there that is absolutely RUDE and should not be working with the public. I went there out of convenience but this was the last time. We now use the Medicine here in Bentleyville.

We just moved to Bentleyville and wanted to use this pharmacy for the convenience. Unfortunately we will have to travel to Washington for our Rx needs. I have been on several prescriptions for YEARS- every single other pharmacy simply calls the doctors office if there is no refill. This pharmacy apparently can’t be bothered. I have run out of meds that cause side effects when discontinued. On top of that, the staff is unfriendly and acts like it is an inconvenience to do their job. The times I have brought an actual written Rx in, it takes days and days to get it filled and no one contacts us to let us know it will take longer, or to let us know when it is filled. Will absolutely not return to any Rite Aid after this.

Call twice and both times no one ever picked up. It was only 4pm on a Thursday so they should have been open.
