Bought the Sunday special. Large pie 20 wings. Was told the normal 25 minutes and as usual waited the 45 before going as they are never on time but not an issue since I’m aware of it. Got there and they made a large sheet pizza instead of the pan pizza. I said I would be okay with it as long as I am only charged the same amount. Instead they made me wait another 20 minutes for another pizza to be made and the lady working the register literally bought it to take home since “no one else was going to use it”. Writing this review as I’m still standing here waiting for the large pizza I ordered over an hour ago since they wouldn’t give me the other one. I said so your going to make me stand here and wait instead of giving me the other that the lady literally bought herself and the response I got was yep. No wonder I always go to valley.

They are always losing my order. I give them all my info. plenty of time to make it and when I show up I get \\\"I didn't see that order\\\" Or \\\"we lost track of time\\\" today he also almost charged me $10 over what I should've paid because he didn't finish the lady aheD if me. never have they offered to discount it for the inconvenience of waiting even though I called them an hour ahead of time.

Depending on who ends up preparing your food depends on how good it will be. The people at this Pugies are not only trained on Pugies but also a Subway and a gas station/convenience store. Now some of the people really do not seem to care on how they do the food, especially the pizza. I have had some where there is only five pieces of pepperoni on a large, huge globs of sauce here and there, and some that have practically no cheese. On occasion the Stromboli is not cooked all they way, the same with the pizza and other dough products.
