Amazon please stop using USPS, they just can't handle the job. Time sensitive livestock order not delivered and sitting in post office to be picked up. Brought back at 1132 Saturday when post office closes at 11am. They had it out on delivery since 846.

Benton post office used to be a friendly, local place where the workers knew who you were and acted like they were glad to see you. Packages were delivered to rural addresses and everyone was happy. Now most packages are kept at the office and the notes say ‘upon customer request’. Absolutely untrue. When you go in staff act like you have the plague. Have told them numerous times that I DO NOT request to pick my packages up from the office. They ‘mark it down’. The next time, same thing. I sure do miss the old days from several years ago and the friendly post office!!

Driver frequently doesn't feel like driving up the drive way to deliver bigger/multiple packages. Which then forces us to go to the post office to pick up our packages. Shouldn't have to do the drivers job for them that's what they are paid for.

I have always been treated with respect and kindness at the Benton Post Office. I have found the people to be professional. I have received all my packages. Where I live, the packages that fit are in my mailbox. The ones that don't, I do have to go the the Benton Post office to get due to where I live which is a mile from the mail boxes.

They just started blocking off my PO Box and auto sending all of my mail back. All of my packages, things I paid for and never received. I have asked them twice and been told there was nothing wrong, only to have it happen again the next week.

Our carrier is a waste of tax payer money. Every time we have a package larger than our mailbox, the carrier uses the excuse that our dogs were out. I, my wife and our son all have jobs. And as smart as our dogs may seem, I am sure that they have not figured out how to work a door knob. All comes down to lazy carrier who refuses to get out of the car, complete the delivery thus doing the job . And now does not even leave notice that the package has been returned to the office!! Wish I could give less than one star review

THEY LIE. THEY DON'T DELIVER PACKAGES.Almost every time I get a package they don't bother delivering the package but instead enter into the system "Customer requested package be held." LIES. When asked they then claim there is no where to leave packages. We suggest the porch. They claim they 'didn't know' they had permission to. We tell them they have permission. Problem persists. It is a 15-20 minute drive into town to get packages, then parking and waiting in line. This is absurd. This post office is not doing their job and lying about it.

Benton, Pa post office is ok but I prefer to drive an extra 2 miles to go to the Orangeville, Pa Post Office because it has much easier access for people with disabilities and the biggest reason is, the workers are much more polite, super friendly, helpful to those of us with disabilities and funny. It's Worth driving a few minutes to chat with the workers at Orangeville Post Office.

I called the PM to find out why packages I send to my brother aren’t delivered to his front door. He gets a sorry we missed you notice when they haven’t even tried to deliver. PM said the carrier claims it is unsafe to enter/exit his driveway. Yet for the 50+ yrs we’ve lived at that property there has never been any issue with previous carriers or other delivery services. UPS and FedEx have no issues. The only issue is his carrier not providing a service she is paid to do. The PM is suppose to investigate and not just base his decision on what the carrier says. If he actually drove out to the house and entered the driveway, he would see it isn’t a safety hazard. People come and go from that driveway on a regular basis without a problem.

People at the post office are rude, especially the post master. I will drive to Orangeville if I have to go to the post office as their staff is much nicer. My packages are often missing or not delivered because they won’t come up the driveway. Not my fault amazon uses big boxes for small items. I even had to buy a bigger mailbox and still have issues, or packages are stuffed in and the door is open so they can be stolen. Also seem to be missing a lot of important mail and only getting the junk items lately which is very annoying.

I never thought I would deal with a Post Office worse than the one in Hollywood Florida, but this one take the cake to the bakery.I have a missing package. I have opened a total of 5 cases and have requested a call back 5 times. I have never got a call back once. They just close your cases without even an email. Nothing. You open a case. They close it. I was forced to refund my customer for this so when I opened the "lost mail" case I filled out the form to send the package back to me if found. Nope, the case was just closed and it's back on it's way. Thanks. You have now made first in my "Worst Zips to Ship" list I have on my wall.
