We recently took our 2013 Dodge Dart SXT down to get the power steering fixed, along with brakes/rotors/a wheel bearing. They fixed everything, thought everything was good, picked up the car. Drove it to Somerset and the gas gage shot to E when the headlights were turned on. The electrical issues continued to get worse. The back light is now on continuously, there are no interior lights in the car, when the headlights turn on the heater stops working. On top of that, now the car will not shut off when the key is turned off! Contacted these guys because the only thing wrong with this car when it was serviced by them was the power steering! They were extremely rude about bringing it back down, and we left it there overnight. We waited around to hear something about the car, didn’t get a call or anything. So we called them! Only for them to tell us they wanted us to pay even more money to fix something that they most definitely messed up! They chalked it up to complete coincidence that the car ended up so messed up right after they fixed the power steering! So now I have a sitting paper weight in my driveway because they refused to fix what they messed up. Also going to add on here that every contact point made, they were extremely rude on the phone. If I could give 0, I would!

Wonderful service and great owner and staff. Dusty is 100% honest. I bought a vehicle from him that was exactly as advertised amd not overpriced. Further more, I've used his garage for routine auto maintenance and for repairs. He and his employees have always made sure to keep things affordable while maintaining good communication.

My car was making a noise for a few weeks and I couldn't figure out what the issue was. Took the vehicle to Glessner's Auto and within a few hours, they had located the problem and fixed it quickly. Staff was incredibly helpful and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I'll definitely be going back to Glessner's. Highly recommend!

Excellent Service and Respectful.
My car broke down on the side of the road on a road trip and they fixed up the car on a busy Saturday. Grateful they were able to help in a pinch!

The only place you will want to take your vehicle. Dusty and the entire team will always be quick to help and give you an honest opinion. Prices are less than other places, and with the service you get, the prices could be way higher. The staff is always quick and accurate on their timeframes for repairs, too. They service over 5 vehicles for our family and are the only place we take our vehicles. Definitely should stop and see them if you need help with your vehicle.
