  This place is horrible. Ordered an expensive as hell commercial door for a major factory in Berlin. Main entrance for shipping and receiving, so just a wee bit important. Door came without the hardware to latch it, and the hydraulic closer. And the KEY to lock/unlock it.
  Shouldn’t have been too big of deal, as the manufacturer was supposedly in Westmoreland County. Also, the sales rep I worked with, Christopher Swartz, would NEVER return my calls. He was supposed to be going to the manufacturer to pick up the parts the next day, then he would call me….when I finally called HIM at about 3:00 on a Friday (factory closes on weekends…kinda likes to lock their doors)…the response I got was “they don’t know what parts I need”. I never once yelled, screamed, or acted like a Karen with Chris. Multiple phone calls, almost ALWAYS initiated by me or the customer, finally got the problem resolved about 2 MONTHS later.
  The worst part, I believe, was the fact that we could rarely get a call back from Chris, Berlin Lumber, or anyone for that matter. The missing parts could have been the mistake of the customer, and they were willing to PAY FOR the missing parts as well. Horrible customer service! I asked why the company I was working for didn’t buy from a local company, and they said it was because of problems such as this. I tried to do the right thing, and buy local from a smaller business…and now I see why they stopped. Truly frustrating. Door cost $2396.17. NOT a cheap door! Not to mention, as the contractor, I had to wait an additional 2-3 months for payment until door was completed.

  Terrible customer service. Was quoted a door for $1800 and it was ordered. Three weeks later they told us our price per door is now $2300. We called the main garage door company and there was no price increase. This Company is price gouging it's customers!

  Ordered a garage door they told me it will be 2 weeks to get it after 3 weeks I called them they said something got messed up they forgot to send the track so finally after a month it finally came in should have got it discounted but nope had to pay full price probably will not deal with them ever again
