They were a bright spot during the completely awful time of trying to deal with insurance and a rental car etc. They are professional, detailed, reliable, obviously skilled, and KIND. My car looks brand new after a nasty dent across two doors. They did a phenomenal job on the repair and paint job (the paint color was very hard to match but they did it). “After a frustrating experience elsewhere, I came to this Advance Auto Parts location and had exactly the service I expect when dealing with car parts and maintenance. I explained that I needed my battery checked because I believed it was bad. The associate was extremely professional, tested it right away, and confirmed the battery was indeed bad.
They were honest, knowledgeable, and helpful in discussing replacement options, and the battery was changed out with ease. They also took the time to answer every question I had, including checking pricing on another part and testing my starter and alternator just to be safe.
The associate was patient, thorough, and clearly knew what they were doing. This is the level of service I expect when I walk into an auto parts store, and it’s the reason I’ll be returning to this location.”

“Twice now I have had an excellent experience ordering parts online (both Fisher and Boss) from Stork's. Most recently, I pleaded for fast shipping because my plow and truck were disabled on the side of the road. I received genuine OEM part the next morning even though I only paid for 2-day shipping. I did extensive online search before ordering, and no one had a cheaper price. Others had the same price but far slower shipping. Multiple other vendors were out of stock. I would not hesitate to do business again with these guys.”
