“Absolutely the best body shop I’ve ever been to. Tim’s was helpful and communicative every step of the way. When the insurance company wanted to make me get a used and scratched up replacement bumper instead of a new one, Tim’s worked it out for me and got the appropriate new one covered. The repair was completed and done in one day, and when I picked it up I was surprised to find that they not only washed the vehicle, but they had detailed the inside (looked like it just rolled off the car lot), left me a complimentary water bottle, and left a frisbee for my daughter on her car seat. They are professional and did great work, with the kind of above and beyond customer service I haven’t seen anywhere in decades. Can’t recommend enough!”

I could not believe my insurance company paid to have my van repaired after a accident around one of those traffic circles near Fleetwood. They decided that they would cover replacing the entire side of my van. Nobody could believe it! Not only did Stitzer's carry this off I have had many mechanics look at the repair over the years since and they still can't believe this whole side of the van had been replaced. Need I say more?”
