“For me the pick up location was a bit further than expected. The owner of the location was very helpful.
It would have been beneficial for U-Haul to have notified me that a 2” ball was necessary. My hitch had a 1 7/8” ball on it. Fortunately an auto parts store was within 15 minutes and I was able to purchase the larger size ball. The owner of the pick up location switched the balls on my hitch and I was able to hookup the trailer and go.
U-Haul: please inform customers when a specific size ball is needed. The website said either a
1 7/8” or a 2” size could be used. I had a 2” ball at home but it wasn’t feasible to return home to retrieve it.”
“Helped me out tremendously when I got into a little fender bender when someone cut me off and smashed a mirror slightly and also made me late for drop off, Chris the manager was the most helpful in getting me taken care of and I wasn't even sure at first it just took some time and being patient and he did take care of it, screw all the other bad reviews , as long as you talk to Chris the manager he'll sort things out, don't consult the regular employees about any problems you have is what I'm saying. Thank you to uhaul for helping us, I'd recommend this location any day”

“Alma from Royal Truck & Equipment has been nothing but great to us! Alma our sales rep who we met at a trade show is super knowledgeable on every product Royal has to offer and has answered all of our questions to a T. The customer service has been second to none no matter time or day, Alma has answered our phone calls and is always willing to help. We had a small issue with our truck no fault of Royal Truck Group but Alma came in on his day off to make sure the truck was taken care of right away. The service staff was awaiting our arrival and went to work on the truck immediately 15 minutes later we were back on the road! If that’s not customer service I don’t know what is. There’s very few salesman left like who actually care about the customer the he does. I will most definitely be buying from Alma again!”
