After having a wiring harness installed improperly for a move from PA to FL we were totally stuck on moving day! We called TAW for help and they immediately took in our Jeep and rewired things for us! We had the BEST experience I have ever had at a 'garage'. We appreciated the time they took to help us get on our way. Thanks Tim and Andrew!

Took my 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan AWD in for an Alignment on 3/20/19 as a test run to see if we would be using TAW's as our new garage since the nearest VW is in Harrisburg. Nice to FINALLY call somewhere and have them announce the place of business that alone gets a star! The front office is well kept (another star) and the staff is polite and courteous (2 stars) my ONLY suggest is perhaps a buzzard to announce to the guys in the back when a customer walks in the front. Came to drop off my keys and had to ask a question, my son had to get me home then shuffle off to work so we were in a hurry. I stood there for a good 10 minutes before someone came in from the back to answer the phone which I was about to call;). I get it and normally I have no issue waiting but some might not be so happy...again just a suggestion;) Will be a repeat customer...thanks guys!!

Took my car there a couple of times andI feel you overcharge. Took the car to different dealerships and showed them your estimate and they even told me you overcharge by a significant amount.

Just got done getting my brakes fixed at TAW service center. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and precision of work done in a timely fashion. I was in the area due to work when my brakes started squealing and not working properly. After calling numerous car care centers in the area, TAW were the only ones willing to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon. After arriving I was greeted by a very nice receptionist and the owner himself went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. While I waited I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and magazines that they had. They also have cable and wifi. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone. Thanks Tim for squeezing me in on a weekend.

I moved to the area recently and was concerned that I would be able to find a professional service center for my vehicles. I recently took two vehicles there for inspection and I was pleased with the service they provided. If I had any questions Tim was very helpful to explain the answers to me. Helpful staff, customer respect, and clean atmosphere, TAW has certainly satisfied my needs for service. If you need a PROFESSIONAL garage TAW is the place!☺

Took my car there a little over 2 years ago for inspection. Was told it would take $1500 to pass. Brought it home, put $20.00 set of brake pads on and past at next garage and the year after at yet another garage. And just now at a third garage. Needed nothing Other than a set of tires. 28, 000 miles since Taw

I have been getting my cars and trucks serviced at TAW for many many years. Our cars and trucks have ranged from 1975 to brand new. My family and friends and even co-workers continue to take their cars to TAW based upon their excellent service. They are the by far the friendliest and most reasonable repair place I have had taken my cars to. They explain everything they are doing and why, and they watch out for issues that may come up in the future. They NEVER replace anything that you don't need, and there is no up selling. You want tires? You get multiple quotes with a range of tires to choose from. There is no brand loyalty with them, they are loyal to the parts that WORK. They always use original equipment on your vehicle if possible unless they already know something else works better. The techs are all knowledgeable and friendly and they go to continuing education courses to keep up on the newest stuff. I have never had any issues with TAW, they are extremely accommodating for pick up and drop off along with anything else that might come up. I cant recommend them enough for your car care needs.

I've been taking my car to TAW for 5 years and always had decent service. Things were usually done in a fair amount of time, but on August 20th I dropped my car off at TAW to get a shifter cable put on my car. They told me maybe Friday the the 23rd they would look at it. 9 days later on Thursday the 29th they finally called me with an estimate and said they would order the parts right away. I called on Friday the 6th 17 days after I dropped off my car, because I didn't hear anything from them. The mechanic told me the part came in yesterday and they should start working on it shortly. Monday the 9th and they said the part came in Friday and they are going to start working on it tomorrow. 21 days total I've been without my car all for a shifter cable, and when I picked up my car, they told me I have to bring it back in a week or so after they get in another part that they broke while they were fixing it. There was no apology or even an excuse as to why it took so long, almost as if that was something normal. Needless to say, I was disapointed and will no longer be taking my car there for service.
