Would give a five star review. Staff is extremely helpful & kind. There is a younger women with short hair and she is always extremely kind to customers. Another gentlemen with glasses who is always extremely nice. If I could give those two raises, I absolutely would. On the other hand, there is one women who is incredibly rude. I’m in this store at least 3 times a week minimum- she has short blonde wavy hair, she’s on the heavier side, no offense- mid 30-40’s in age. No glasses or anything. She is so rude! Not just once, but multiple occasions. She seems to always be doing anything but her job when I go in. Multiple times I have seen her being friendly to people she clearly knows, leaving other staff to deal with customers while she chats with her friends for 20-30 minutes. You can see her kids instantly shift whenever I walk in there, and other customers as well. She gives extremely dirty looks anytime I walk in the store. One time I saw a younger gentlemen waiting in line to purchase diapers. She proceeded to ignore him for other customers when he was FIRST in line. After being ignored and standing in line for 10-15 minutes, he ended up walking out with the diapers(can’t say I blame him) and she didn’t even notice! I went to get photos printed because my grandmother recently passed and it was about 9:30 (they close at 10 but I needed these photos) I go into the store to pickup and for whatever reason she refused to print them and said “you’re not getting these photos tonight!” She is not fit for customer care and I think the fake persona she puts on for customers and probably her boss needs to be re evaluated. Today I walked in again to get some candy, she stood there chatting with a friend and gave me the DIRTIEST look! I don’t understand it. She just seems so miserable and would be better working else where then with customers!

Plan on waiting an hour in the drive through. They take a 10 minute break between each car.

I would have given 5 stars but the only reason I didn't was because you can't always find someone for questions. Have I had some problems...yes but that being said 99.9% of the time it wasn't the pharmacy fault. If you think the Berwick CVS is so bad switch all your stuff to Bloomsburg. Guaranteed you will have an even worse experience. Remember that people are human. Be kind!!!

They have the slowest drive thru pharmacy...everytime I go I'm always waiting at least 15-20 minutes smh I don't get it

Yet another fantastic experience with this incompetent, rude location. Prepaid for DELIVERY, delivery time said same day within 2 hours. 2 hours pass and I call customer service to be told I’ll have to go pick it up because delivery is done for the day. Minute 11 in the drive-thru which has moved literally one car. Again - if NOT for the carepass program I would go ANYWHERE but here to fill my prescriptions. PS - pharmacy manager, don’t bother with your obligatory “apology” email that reeks of insincerity. You’re not fooling anyone.

The front staff is friendly, if you can find one to help you. The female pharmacist with the black glasses and dark hair (not Michelle) is so rude. We were told my script would be ready in 20-25 minutes. The lobby filled up and emptied. We went back up to ask the desk person how much longer it would be after waiting 45 minutes and the pharmacist started yelling across the floor that she had far more orders before mine. I made a comment about not needing to be rude. It was only 20 pills, which took her another 10 minutes. I had just gotten discharged from surgery and I didn't appreciate being treated like an addict. She should learn some manners or get in a field that doesn't require customer service. Have switched my scripts to rite aid.

Was told by phone call a prescription would be ready a certain time. Apparently was on back order. Waited in line for 15 mins just to be told they have no clue when it will be in. If something is not available, it would be common courtesy to let the customer know. A simple phone call Instead of having the customer wait in a long line to find out it’s not even there.Not the 1st time this has happened!

Pharmacy is rude. They made me go to three different counters because they wouldn't listen to what I needed and then proceeded to give me attitude when I got angry. I was standing there for 10+ minutes before I snapped. I hate being a Karen, but they really bring it out of you. I don't know why they run three counters when they only have one person working. Makes absolutely no sense.

Store: Associates are always friendly and helpful. Large store has a wonderful selection of items and is uncluttered.Pharmacy: The only pharmacy where I have my vaccinations administered. The pharmacists are very professional and knowledgeable.

This store is one of the best I've visited. It's clean, free of clutter, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Whenever I approach an employee, they are more than willing to help, and I never need to wait to check out.

Horrible pharmacy. Seriously the worst people I have ever encountered. For 3 weeks in a row I have called to pick up weekly meds and they put me on hold and i have to talk to 4 different people unti finally reaching a supervisor who knows what they are doing. All of the previous technicians were not able to find my prescriptions under my notes or profile. Clearly they have no clue what they are doing AT ALL. I had to get my medications on a friday afternoon, only for them to tell me that they are out and that i "should have received a text". Well there was no text and now I am detoxing until Monday at 8.5 months pregnant. Complete and total negligence on their part. Hands down worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. Will never return.
