Was told i would recieve a phone call back from a customer service rep ( i believe her name was gail but that didnt happen and i called the bank around 12:00 saturday afternoon amd i know the bank is open til 2:00 pm but i guess they were to busy to call one of there customers back and just wanted to get out of there for...
