I'd put zero, but now their policy says anyone rents or uses fuel assistance through state needs to be COD or use the states crisis fund. This just ruined a long-standing customer, and we were never notified till Feb. 6 that this policy went into effect January 1.

Because I rent my account was set up as a COD (Cash on Delivery) and was never turned on to auto debit like I requested last month. Tank runs out and now I have a cold house, I’m screwed. Bob had a truck to me in less than a half hour and was even able to waive the $200 fee for an off route call. Thanks so much Bob!

They came out to my house and removed a propane tank for lack of payment, they tank wasn’t installed by them and since I have no way to confirm where the tank originally came from she told me they bought out the company who installed it. Regardless of where the tank came from, it still had 25 gallons of propane that I don’t see being removed from my balance and I never received a 10 day shut off notification or removal notice.

Great Customer Service -Wanted to thank Heller's Gas for filling my tanks prior to the snow storm hitting us today. Im very remote and they do not plow my road so the trucks can not get back here after the they are snow covered.

Converting heating system from oil to propane, already have Hellers for gas stove. Advised that we need to upgrade our existing propane tank to 2 new larger tanks.Heller employee Gregory Cunningham lead tech and another person came and removed my old tank, COMPLETELY leveled and prepared the area for new tanks to be placed on NEW blocks. They were meticulous in their attention to detail and did a wonderful job. If propane tanks can be described as attractive then this install qualifies! Kudos to Gregory and helper for a JOB WELL DONE!!

Great customer service goes a long way. We had an issue with our propane tank and they were able to come out and bring us new one right away. Will definitely stick with Heller’s for our gas.

Some of the highest prices around, you have to haggle for a lower price for every fill. They may come and fill your tank even when you ask them not to. They filled a tank at my FIL's vacant house, then came back to top it off a month later even though the valve was off. Shady business practices. Call someone else..anyone else.

Gotta love this place. Not the location in particular. But the one on West Front street in Berwick. I interviewed for a job there, with no response back and got ignored. I’m not saying they had to hire me, because they didn’t that’s their choice. But the least they could do is reach out or answer a phone like they are paid to do or cal back and say yes we want you or no we don’t or respond to an email again like they are paid to do. Instead of you aren’t getting hired you get ignored and play the game of I am going to transfer you to someone else or leave a message. Instead of acting like children please answer people be adults tell people when they didn’t get the job. The company wants to expand but it plays games.

We realized this morning that we had run completely out of propane and couldn't use our gas stove. Within half an hour of a call to the office, a driver was here filling the tank and making sure our stove was lit properly for use. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff in the office were kind and efficient. Heller's is totally dependable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gas company in the area.
