Can’t begin to thank Master Tech Auto enough for the great service they provided on my car ! Having never been there before and not knowing what to expect I was truly impressed and satisfied! Very friendly! Kept me informed about what i needed done and the cost was reasonable ! Very trustworthy and answered all my questions! I will definitely be returning there when need be ! Went for a grinding noise in my one tire, they told me it was my struts, and that my brakes and rotors needed replaced. They were asking $1400 worth of repairs, but I knew those weren’t the problem so I got my car. My brakes and rotors are less than a year old so i knew they didn’t need replaced, and my one strut was replaced less than a year ago (I know my other one is bad but it’s been and I knew that wasn’t what was causing the noise.) the problem ended up being a wheel bearing, so if I would’ve paid what they were asking I would’ve been out $1400 and still had the same issue that brought me there. On top of that it was $125 for them to diagnose my car, and they didn't even find the actual cause of the grinding.

I had taken my car to three other places trying to find the culprit of a knocking noise when I hit potholes, everyone kept telling me there wasn’t anything wrong, but I knew there was. I replaced many parts and nothing helped, I finally called master tech and they not only found the problem, they fixed it at a very very reasonable price the same day! I cannot recommend this place enough they are professional and have great customer service if I could give them 7 stars I would!I had to update my review after things have seemed to change here. I was charged 275$ for two oil changes and tire rotations and quotes a price which is double what another garage quoted me for the same work. Do not use this garage my card and the four other people I sent there will not be going back. Sad that it changed because it used to be a great place to support
