The price on their website said $99 got there, and they wanted almost $300 to walk out with a phone. I did not take it and went with Verizon. Other than that, the staff was friendly and very clean environment.

Give them some slack. Maybe before writing a review you find out why they are not open. They worker’s are trying there best 2 work 6 days a week because they are training new people.

Arrived just before 2:45 p.m. on a Saturday to find that no one is here and the door is locked and the lights are off. Google Maps and the door sign and their voicemail all confirm they're supposed to be open today until 7:00 p.m.

The Manager there, Vanessa H, is the only reason this store gets 5 ⭐️‘s. She went above and beyond what a person who works in sales ever could do. I have dealt with the other people who work in this store, and I’m not sure if they realize they work in phone sales…let alone if they know they’re working at all. Vanessa is the only reason I will be a valued customer, and the sole reason I come to this store. I would rather go without a phone for 2 days to wait for Vanessa to be there, than deal with anyone else in that company. She deserves a raise, and a big one at that!

Been a loyal customer for a year now never late in bill my phone service is not working they fail to fix it but just want me to pay for an insurance claim

Even if you pay out rate for your phone and you cancel your service your phone will not be unlocked without being on them for 6 months that's 180 days of service you must have with them before you can claim your phone is yours even though you pay outright for it total unfair business

They told me one thing on the phone and another at the store about a phone they need to know at both and tell the customer the same thing I like the company but theyneed to improve jow they do things thanks Kimberly for your help
