I was losing air in my tire and headed to the Poconos to go skiing, so I popped into a Steve Shannon location to have them check it out. They put me in the front of the rotation despite not having an appointment and took care of the problem - removed a two-inch nail and patched my tire. $31 and about an hour or so later, I was on my way to the slopes! Thanks guys!

Went to get oil changed, waited over an hour. That's my only complaint. The people were very friendly and professional. I had a question about my car and one of the mechanics showed me how to take care of it on my own. I'm very impressed with the service & will definitely be a returning customer.

It's so good to have a local family run garage that you can ALWAYS trust! After realizing on the 29th of Dec that my inspection is up the end of the month, I called that morning and they were able to fit me in if I dropped my car off! Over the years we have had everything from tires put on, oil changes and inspections and would use them for any work needed! Highly recommended!!

I have gone to Steve Shannon's Berwick location 3x now. As a women, I didn't feel like I was being misled in any way especially going to a garage. It was more cost effective to have them work on my car instead of me doing it myself. They are kind and respectful. I highly recommend their services. Only downside is the parking lot not big enough that someone dinged my passenger door. Really.

I hope this review serves as feedback to the owners and not as a tool for the managers to have an excuse to make the employees work harder. The employees are perfect and can't do their job any less painful to customers unless the business have appointment options.My horrible experience in the two locations (Bloomsburg and Berwick) where both the result of not having an appointment system. You guys expect your clients to waste their day away by waking in and praying you don't have a busy day. I understand as a business you can fill your day with appointments and then everyone cancels, and you didn't make a dollar that day and overstaff the shop, but to not offer an appointment option for clients even for those that are willing to pay ahead of time is nonsense.The location in Bloomsburg was awful after waiting for 2 hours when they said to give them the key and they will see me soon was crazy, but what's worse is asking for an ETA after 2 full hours of waiting to be seen "soon" and they tell me we don't have a way to now when we will see you. So, you have no option to schedule an appointment and you don't have an ETA even after 2 hours of waiting.The location in Berwick although a lot nicer, told me arrive at 7:25am and it will be in and out, as you might expect next day 7:25am there was 5 people already waiting. I was there for 3 hours and a half. They apologies and didn't charge me for the tire rotation but waiting 3 and a half hours for tire rotations is Ludacris. I appreciate the attempt to make me feel better by not paying but I promise you I would have pay double that to be out of the shop sooner.In conclusion, Owners, please set a schedule system. You can charge for services ahead of time and make it nonrefundable if people don't show up but give the option to people to set appointments. You can then analyze traffic, see what is more common, appointments or walk in, and allocate technicians base on demand. You already have an appointment system for other services and excellent customer service at least at the Berwick location but no matter how good they are its impossible to make a customer happy when they wait 3 and a half hours for a tire rotation and the employees don't have a way to estimate ETAs.

The people at Steve Shannon were amazing, and I am so thankful for them. My daughter was in an accident driving back to college. Her tire was losing air due to debris in the rim. They were able to clean the debris, put the tire back on the rim, do an air test, and make sure she could get safely back on the road. When she called to say they were pulling her car out of the bay, she seemed less shaken than earlier. When she called to say she was getting back on the road, she was her upbeat self. This mama can not express how happy and relieved that made her feel. Thank you to all the staff at Steve Shannon!

Can't say nothing less than AWESOME! We're new to Bloomsburg area & our vehicle is still registered in Lebanon County which is 2 hours away. Steve Shannon Tire & Auto in Berwick had a guy & took us no appointment. We were in & out in no time. Great job guys, we will surely be coming back!

Got me in at the last minute to mount new tires prior to an 1,200 mile trip the following morning. Everyone was very helpful, great service.

I called from the interstate and asked for an oil change and told them that would try to get there by 11:40 they told me they would try to get me in before lunch. But they couldn't do anything hey told me a guy came in at 1:00 and that is all he does. He would take it in as soon as he got there. I had to use the van to pick people up. At 1:30 he still was not done. I had to go to the manager and rush them up. It should only take 15 minutes max for an oil change. I was not real happy. Otherwise everything else except the amount of time was really good. This includes courteous personal at the store

Always a joy to come in to the Center!!! Brandon is always very helpful in solving whatever issues I may have with my car. All the gentleman at Steve Shannon's are reliable and quick to help find the best and most reasonably priced solution to whatever your car problem may be.
