Unbelievable service in the worst way. I'm an employee in another state and I had asked my brother to turn in his phone directly to T-Mobile so that he can have his trade in credits distributed properly. When he went in, he was told that they couldn't process the trade in due to "an error" and due to the manager saying that they would need to ship it instead. When I asked Ada to show my brother the error she refused saying that they can't show the customer that information. Lie number 1.Side-by-side selling is a staple of T-Mobile. We ALWAYS show the customer our screens when working with the account. After all, it's THEIR information we're working with. Lie number 2 was when I asked if it were a store error that was happening, because when I had a coworker try the trade in flow in our store, it worked perfectly fine. T-Mobile COR locationsDO NOT REQUIRE THE CUSTOMER'S SHIPPING LABEL FOR A TRADE IN. I had my manager looped in as well and found this situation extremely strange, which prompted this review. I feel as though my brother was treated unfairly because he was only in store to trade in his phone instead of making any purchases. As an employee of this company, l never thought I would have this to say about another store.

The employees at the store, handled themselves professionally. We were able to handle our business in a timely manner. This will be my primary store going forward.

T-Mobile in Berwick has 2 absolutely incredible employees, Shane and Trysha!! From day one of our switchover from Verizon, they have always gone above and beyond to help us! Whether it was connection issues, billing issues, you name it! They both are very helpful and so informative no matter what questions I brought to them! If I need anything, all I have to do is send them a message and they'll get back to me nearly immediately. I highly recommend either one of them if you go to Berwick's T-mobile! They are my go-to employees 100%!!!! Sometimes now I'll go just to say hey!! ?

I wanted to change to them and they told me my phone was locked. I know it wasn't. Then they tried to sell me a plan with them and give me a free phone. I had no money for the plan they wanted me to buy. They put in a SIM card that wasn't the one they took out of my phone. When I got home and found out I couldn't make or receive calls, I contacted them to tell them they put in the wrong SIM card. They argued with me. But my provider contacted me by messaging and I called them. They updated the new SIM card as mine and I decided to stay with my provider

My husband and I decided to switch from Verizon to T-mobile since we have been unhappy with the cellular service lately from Verizon. We found a much better deal upgrading our phones to the I-phone 13 with Dave and his team in the Briar Creek plaza. Thanks Dave for the much better deal and hopefully our upcoming better cellular service. You and Shane were very helpful in getting us all set up with the new phones - our phones were very old so the help we received was very appreciated. We look forward to the ongoing friendship and help with this store.

Terrible customer service at Briar Creek store they wouldn't even help me! Bloomsburg store was very helpful! T mobile in general is not a good move if you are thinking of switching ... I thought Verizon was bad but unfortunately it looks like I'll be going back after a very short period of time!

Not very helpful and was told our phones were 5g compatible and here they are not. And the service is bad. I have to use my own internet at home for my phn to work inside my house. I honestly thought they were goin to be good considering they look like they cover the whole map better than Verizon. But guess I was wrong. Disappointed

They were super helpful and helped me pick the best plan and phone that fits all my needs! 10/10 highly recommend going to this tmobile. I will refuse to go anywhere else because of how awesome and nice they all were!!!!

My wife ordered phones online and went to the store for help. It was a rough experience as they couldn't help us get anything set up and told us to call customer service.
