“Stopped here on my way to Buffalo, New York. My reduce oil level light came on .. 2 hours after driving from Philly. I had gotten an oil change at Pep Boys this morning. Well the reason my light went on is because PeP Boys overfilled my oil by 2 quartz. Jim here at Mavis was the kindest soul and took my car in right away to get it checked and fixed. He fixed everything that PeP boys messed up and I cannot thank him enough. Since Mavis just bought PeP boys he also called their shop where I had my service originally done. It is very dangerous that someone was this sloppy at the previous shop. Thanks Jim!!”
