The location closest to the King of Prussia Mall is absolutely worth the drive. The employees are friendly. The store is organized. We live closer to the Exton location, but have been unhappy with that location due to it's rude employees and unorganized store. I definitely recommend visiting the King of Prussia location.

The older woman with gray hair was so rude when I went in today. She was giving me a super hard time with using my membership points and was extremely rude. Avoid her at ALL COST. God forbid you want to use your phone number which has been widely accepted forever and instead of being kind and telling me the new procedure she was extremely rude.

Barnes and Noble is the best!! They have lots of great books, friendly people and a wonderful atmosphere. The selection is fantastic!

Wonderful store with two levels, Starbucks inside, clean restrooms, elevator, and escalator to get upstairs. Plenty of parking. Store is clean and full of books on all topics, craft kits, stationary, gifts, toys, and magazines. Big bargain section. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Love shopping here!
