A Tale of Repeated Neglect and Disregard at Conestoga CollisionMy interactions with Conestoga Collision for the repair of my Tesla Model Y were a series of disappointments, characterized by neglect and a striking disregard for customer service - a stark contrast to the standards I uphold as a sales manager in an international business.**Initial Repair Phase Shortcomings:**1. **Excessive Repair Duration:** The repair time, initially quoted at 10 days, inexplicably extended to nearly a month, severely disrupting my schedule and commitments.2. **Proactive Communication Void:** As a manager accustomed to leading by ensuring clear and timely communication, I was dismayed to find myself continually chasing the shop for updates, often met with ambiguous or evasive responses.3. **Broken Promises:** A gesture to install a clear bra on my vehicle, offered following their error, was left unfulfilled, reflecting a lack of integrity and respect for client commitments.4. **Needless Repeated Visits:** My time and resources were wasted on multiple trips due to incomplete and unsatisfactory work, a clear sign of inefficiency and poor workmanship.**Second Repair Opportunity Failures:**1. **Utter Lack of Response:** My attempts to engage them for the second repair were met with a complete communication blackout. Not a word from the staff or even the owner, an appalling disregard for basic customer service etiquette.2. **Ignored Financial Discrepancies:** The glaring difference between the initial adjuster's estimate and their quote was never addressed, despite my efforts for clarification.3. **Absence of Accountability:** Their failure to acknowledge and rectify previous errors, coupled with their broken promises, displayed a concerning lack of responsibility. As a professional who values and understands the essence of customer service, the experience with Conestoga Collision was not just frustrating but deeply concerning. It showcased a fundamental flaw in their approach to customer engagement and service delivery. The litany of issues – from protracted repair times and non-existent communication to unfulfilled promises and a disregard for customer inconvenience – starkly contrasts with the service ethos I instill in my team.Potential customers should be wary of entrusting their vehicles to Conestoga Collision. My experience, both in the initial phase and during the second chance I reluctantly offered, leads me to advise seeking more reliable and respectful repair services elsewhere.

I'm really happy with how Conestoga Collision handled everything – their service, the quality of their work, and how quickly they got it done. I hope I don't need my tesla repairs again, but if I do, I'll definitely go back to them

I had a collision incident and came by to check my car. Khanh was throughout and very helpful with the whole process, they even kindly offered giving me a ride home after seeing my car wasn't safe to drive.Unfortunately, due to some insurance complication, I had to tow my car away and didn't really use their service but I would definitely come here next time due to the excellence in customer service and communication. They are the authorized body shop of all car brands I know of (check it out inside their office's walls), and quite a few Tesla in the parking lots.Thank you so much, Khanh and Oskar!

My Tesla Model X was rear ended with major damage. The insurance company's repair shop was no help so I had it towed to Conestoga Collision. Khanh was incredibly knowledgable about Teslas, very responsive and helpful, providing guidance and support through the process. The owner also personally called me to advise on the estimate of the damage and the insurance company process. The car unfortunately was a total loss, Khanh still helped me start the car with external battery so I could get my things and even helped delete my profiles from the car and app. Conestoga made the whole process stress free and went above and beyond. If you're a Tesla owner in need of collision repairs, the only place to go is Conestoga, they are the Tesla experts and also specialize in all other major luxury and non luxury car brands.Service: Body & Trim

I implore everyone to read the 1 star reviews, as I had the same experience as many of them stated in their detailed reviews. Ghosted, no communication, then handed an absurd bill. This business deserves to be investigated by consumer protection. They are dishonest, misleading, bottom of the barrel establishment. They should be ashamed and called out.To describe my experience, my Tesla Model 3 was rear ended. As I was not liable, insurance would cover all reasonable costs. This shop told me they would be able to fix it within a week. I made the mistake of signing the work authorization form, and handing over basically an empty check that they absolutely took advantage of. I ended up paying more than $2,000 out of pocket, for repairs that should have easily been covered by insurance. The absolute worst part was the month+ delay, and the costs/repairs were never explained or even communicated to me (like other reviews have mentioned). I called multiple times, and that was the only way I discovered that my car had been delayed another week, then another week, etc. I had to get multiple rentals during this time. I also spoke with an employee after they sent a second supplement for over $10,000, that I would not be comfortable paying over $1,000 dollars out of pocket (once again had to call them, no explanation about the supplement). The employee said not to worry and that it won't go over $1,000.The only time they reached out to me, was to tell me my car was ready, and that it would be $2,200+. How does a legitimate business not communicate any of the delays, or the additional costs that the client will be facing? Especially when that price exceeds what the customer stated they were comfortable paying? The owner showed no accountability, and pretty much said "call your insurance". When I did they said they added on work that did not make sense, and for hours that weren't reasonable. That stereotype of mechanics and auto repairs taking advantage of you, the guy who runs this place absolutely fits that mold. No apologies or accountability for this experience, and basically said "We're not doing anything about it, call your insurance"Warn your friends, and do not do business with this grifter.

I went through the process of getting some dents repaired on my car with this place. Dropped my car off and proceeded to wait for this shop to not do their job. And when they didn't fulfill their end of the agreement. They emailed me to let me know that my car would not be done the day of my appointment but several days later. I wait a month to do this appointment with them. And they wasted my time and was very unprofessional about letting me know they couldn't do the job. No words left to say about this place.Service: Body & Trim

Great work and honored the estimated pricing even after a misunderstanding of what all was included. Solid family owned operation.

It's always a 5 star experience at Conestoga. Another painless Tesla repair done lightning fast. I live near Scranton, and even with having to charge to get home, I doubt I'd ever go to another shop when one opens closer to home. Thanks Oskar!

Took my Model X here and they did extensive repairs on it. It was never the same but that’s to be expected, unfortunately. The only reason I’m writing a review now is that I’m currently installing a car seat in my car and I see that the underside of the seats where the tether point is located are all rusted out. This car was rained in when the damage occurred and I assume the seats were not removed in order to clean it all up. Extremely disappointing, especially given that they had the car for literally 2 months.

They were great! My family member brought in my car to get looked at after being hit by another car. They said that there was no damage and all that was required was some buffing to the front bumper. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I encourage everyone in the area to use this autobody shop.
