As the name suggests, Golf Galaxy is the best store in the area for everything golf. This is a great store for golf enthusiasts and also for those who like to play golf for some fun and much needed relaxation and entertainment. The store has a putting area to try out different putters. They have a great selection of men’s and women’s golf apparel. You can buy your golf clubs here and also get them customized. Very well laid out and organized store. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking is available. Anyone who likes golf should check out this store

My pop, Steveo, decided to buy me a set of golf clubs to support my physical recovery journey after my stroke, helping me explore golf as a recreational pursuit. Our first stop was Golf Galaxy, and that’s where we met Jacob.
I told Jacob I was a complete novice and wanted to make an informed decision. He was wonderful to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. He even pulled up a chair for Steveo while I tested clubs, which was such a thoughtful touch.
After trying plenty of clubs, I shared a bit about my recovery and where I see myself going with the game. Jacob listened carefully and made a recommendation. I’m pleased to say his suggestion was also the set that felt the best in my hands.
Steveo and I walked out of Golf Galaxy completely satisfied—not just with the product, but with the exceptional service we received from Jacob. Give that man a raise! I’m grateful to be buying clubs now, knowing that my “golf 2.0” journey started on the putting green at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital.

I went in for a club fitting and from the start it was an absolute perfect experience. Mike assisted me with any question I had leading into the appointment and set me up for my fitting. I was initially scheduled for a 4PM appointment. I called the day of because I was able to make it early and they adjusted with no issue. Bob was my guy who I was paired with for the fitting. No pressure to buy anything, it was an absolutely phenomenal experience. Felt like I had taken 10 golf lessons all in my hour fitting. Not to mention, I walked away purchasing my new irons ! I absolutely recommend this place for all of your golf needs!

A worker named Matt wouldn’t allow us to hit clubs, saying you had to be 18+ even though a sign posted at the hitting area said “must be 16 years old.” Matt also made up a story accusing us of breaking a club but when asked to present evidence he wouldn’t.

Their PGA Pro is a joke. I went in to the store around 7:50pm (they close at 8pm) to try the Million dollar hole in one challenge and just needed set up on a simulator quick, there was clearly one on and ready to go. Every time I go it takes about 3-4 minutes for me to be in and out (i hit 3 balls) and it takes an employee approximately 30 seconds to set me up. The PGA Pro guy, Sung Yi I think, tells me they close in 5 minutes and they can’t set me up on a simulator. He says that on his way out for a smoke without even stopping to talk for a second… 10 minutes before the work day is over. I think every time I go there I see him outside smoking. Don’t bother taking a lesson there with this guy, I can’t imagine working with someone like him will help your golf game at all. Everyone else there seems to be fine every time I go, but I have never seen this guy do anything, like I said, a joke.

Worst experience ever. My husband is a contractor and was up at floor and decor (was in paint stained
Clothes). He mentioned wanting new clubs. We decided to go up to Golf Galaxy and whoa… talk about judging. Multiple times the sales rep told us the “cheaper clubs are over here…” wtf?!? I told him MULTIPLE times that money wasn’t an issue and just to show him what they had. We were so turned off by the situation we left without buying anything and we will go to another golf store where he can what he wants without being judged. Will never go there again.

Staff is great...I have now done 3 different fittings. I always felt heard and helped in making my selections. Recently had a custom order go wrong, they corrected it immediately with a smile. Perfect model of customer service, you can't always be perfect but how you handle the mistakes is the big difference. Thank you to the whole team there!

Went their range to get some practice in and staff was nice and helpful. They have a huge putting green too that plays great. Awesome place to go during the winter to stay loose.

Went in for a lesson that cost $80. It was supposed to be a half an hour, but lasted 45 minutes. Unfortunately, during that 45 minutes, I only hit two or three golf balls and listened to the instructor talk the rest of the time. The instructor was talking about throwing the club towards the screen the entire time. I really didn’t understand what he was trying to get at. Finally told him that it wasn’t working for me and he refunded my money.

They offered me $11 to trade in a putter I bought from them for $120 8 months ago and are charging $120 for used sw they probably got for $11. Will never return here. Everyone should go back to 2nd swing instead.
