Disappointing Experience with Broken PromisesI have been a loyal customer of this dealership, having serviced my previous car here without any issues. Recently, I decided to update my car lease and engaged in negotiations for a new vehicle. Initially, everything seemed to go smoothly. I managed to negotiate a deal that I was happy with, left a deposit, and we agreed to finalize the deal the next day, as the car was not yet on the lot.However, my positive experience took a sharp turn the following day. As we were in the middle of completing the paperwork, I received an unexpected and disappointing call from the dealership. They informed me that they could not honor the agreed-upon discount, citing an error where they had mistakenly added incentives twice. This was particularly frustrating because the initial paperwork clearly outlined the dealer discount and separate incentives (like A-plan, Costco, etc.) on distinct lines, suggesting a clear understanding of the deal terms.This sudden change in terms not only left me very dissatisfied but also cast a shadow on the dealership's professionalism and reliability. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue amicably, they were unable or unwilling to accommodate or provide a solution that respected our initial agreement. It's disheartening to have a trusted dealership handle a lease update so poorly, especially when the mistake was on their part.I am sharing my experience to caution potential customers. A dealership's reliability is not only in the quality of the vehicles they sell but also in the integrity of their dealings. Unfortunately, in this instance, the dealership fell short of these basic standards, leading to a loss of trust and a very disappointed customer.

Tire bubble on the side wall of tire not picked up at the time of PA Inspection. Makes you wonder what if anything is actually inspected. At any rate we have the car at Mavis being properly fixed.

I don’t usually use this location because it’s so far from where I live but they came through in a clutch! I mistook a service appointment at my usual location for a wrong date and needed my car serviced before a trip. This location was able to squeeze me in AND get me out earlier than quoted. Gregg in particular was so helpful and accommodating…I truly had a great experience here. I would highly recommend this location

My family has been using keystone Volvo for many years with great satisfaction all the time however this experience with Kevin is one of the very very best is one of the very very best. He is very professional knowledgeable and thinks of everything to avoid any future problems. He covered every aspect of our insurance changes so that everything was in order when we got home to my computer. He thought of everything - much more than I had thought of and took care of so much that I would have had to take care of . I can't express how grateful I am how grateful I am to have had Kevin as my salesperson this time. As I say, keystone has always been excellent and Kevin is absolutely tops. From the moment I walked into the dealership, it’s been a terrific experience. I told Alan what I was looking for (a very specific model, color, and trim package) and within 30 minutes he located it. Throughout the whole process, he was proactive and consistently genuine, and I’m thrilled with my new car.. Thanks to Antoine as well, who patiently and thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle - both gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. Overall, great dealership and service!

First regular maintenance on my Volvo. The dealership is 40 minutes from my house, each way. I was hoping that I could get it and out in a timely manner. Mission accomplished. 3 people checked in before me, but I was out of there in a timely manner. Very nice waiting area, comfortable chairs, work stations, and coffee service. Gentleman I was working with was a pleasure.The whole experience was painless, and exceeded my expectations. Nice job.

Keystone Volvo of Berwyn provided great service and reassured me my front rotors were in great condition (I had heard from a different dealership that my rotors needed to be replaced so this was a huge relief to hear they are in fine working order). They even fixed an issue with a wheel well at no charge. Thanks again to Jon in the service department for addressing all of my questions and keeping me updated. Will be coming back to Keystone for my service needs.

Gregg in service was awesome took care of me from the moment I stepped foot in the dealership. Very transparent gave me a 2023 rental for the day what more can I say. I totally advise you to get your Volvo service with Keystone. Phenomenal team keep up the great work!

Gregg was amazing at handling the servicing of my 2014 Volvo XC60 this week. It had numerous issues and he explained all the options clearly, and helped get my car's systems all up and running again. I am grateful for the excellent service he provided, he was trustworthy and helpful. Thank you!

I dont go anywhere else for the wifes Volvo!I get the same technician & he is always upfront & honest with me when it comes to time & cost. A cool cat that is super knowledgeable and always willing to take the time so I understand what it is going to take to get the car 100% again!They take really good care of that car which in turn takes care of my girls! For that I am grateful! I would recommend & have recommended Keystone Volvo to family & friends. Before you let the same old tired excuse that dealerships cost too much... Remember who rides in your car & what is the price for their safety?! Then make an appointment & just pull up, pull in & get that car fixed!R/sside note:If he fixes that A.C. ?? tomorrow Im bringing him cheesesteaks from Phillips (the best) my favorite place in S.P. for lunch ?

fantastic! Went in thinking I needed tons of work done based on my car history. Diana gave me a price estimate which was reasonable. She then called me shortly after to let me know that I really didn’t need those services yet based on the condition of my car. Saved me so much money. I really appreciate the transparency. Will definitely be coming back for all future car needs.

Service department at Keystone Volvo is wonderful. John was great to work with, communicative and very helpful. We needed 2 new tires, shopped around and realized not only were their prices competitive but lower! Highly recommend, especially if you have a Volvo!

They did a good job of leasing me the car in the first place, but the process of financing it once my lease was up was a disaster. I felt bait and switched because I was told I wouldn’t have to put any money down to finance, then after driving 3 hours to the dealership last week, I was told I needed to pay $500 as a down payment or the deal couldn’t get done. I ended up moving forward with the deal but won’t be using this dealership in the future.Update:Sure, I'll provide additional details. Before I traveled 3 hours out-of-state to sign the financing docs, I asked my sales rep, Dave, what I needed to bring and to confirm that I was not going to have to pay anything or put any money down. He said I won't have to pay anything. While I was signing the paperwork with the finance manager, he said, "it says here that you're putting $500 down today". I told him that must be a mistake because I never once said I was putting anything down, and Dave confirmed this with me before I traveled all the way out here. He then said that he wished he was around when the deal was being done, presumably because he would have known to inform me that I needed to put $500 down. Since he felt bad for me, he said he'll give me a discount on the GAP insurance to offset the expense because he's "trying to help me out".It's not the end of the world, but you guys messed up here. Take the negative feedback, strive to be better, and move on.
