This place is wonderful. The woman who staffs this location is a treasure, I have been in a few times and her blood draws are completely painless each time. Quick, kind, and convenient.

I had to take my teenage daughter in for bloodwork this morning and she has EXTREME anxiety due to a past medical trauma and we haven't been able to get blood drawn for a few years b/c of it. Kristine was so understanding and kind and reassuring and was able to calm her down and got her blood on the first try. She is the first phlebotomist who was able to do it on the first try, hence some of the trauma. I highly recommend this location. Kristine appears to be the only employee and I felt she was very efficient, well organized and super empathetic. We will definitely be going to this location for all of our labs. KUDOS to KRISTINE! <3

A huge shout out to Christine. She was so kind very sweet. I believe she was the only one working. I got In-N-Out within a half hour. Friendly to talk to. I purposely drove over to this location because the one in King of Prussia it’s difficult to get in and out of that parking lot And they closed at 2 as Berwyn closed at 2:30. I will go back to the Berwyn location again.

I had a STAT hCG blood test done at this Labcorp location at 8:30 AM, which should have been processed within a few hours. Despite this, my results are still pending more than a full business day later, which is completely unacceptable for a time-sensitive test.
I also used the online check-in system, which is supposed to allow you to wait in your car until they’re ready. However, after receiving the text that it was my turn, I still had to wait 25 minutes inside before they actually called me back. So what’s the point of checking in early?
On top of that, the blood draw chairs were not being cleaned between patients. I watched multiple people sit in the same chairs without staff wiping them down or sanitizing the area. In a healthcare setting where blood is being drawn, this is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns.
I have called Labcorp multiple times with no response, and my doctor’s office has confirmed that the test was marked STAT, yet Labcorp has not provided any updates or explanations for the delay.
If you need urgent lab work done, I strongly advise going elsewhere to avoid unnecessary stress and frustration. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

One lady runs this place and draws all the labs. Shes so efficient, kind, and my whole appointment took 5 mins. She needs a raise!!! Thank you!

Great experience. I hate getting bloodwork and this tech makes it so easy and quick. I feel nothing and she always is smiling and happy to help. I won’t go anywhere else for labs. Thank you!

Disgusting waiting room. Staff unfriendly. CROWDED!!!. Went to Paoli location instead. Markedly better experience. I will not revisit this location.

Absolutely worst customer service. We needed to have several blood tests done and because one of the tests was falling on the day the lab was closed, they didn't want to do the others. Told me to come back the next day. Came back the next day, told me my doctor wasn't in their system so they couldn't perform the test. Complete waste of time, avoid.

I went in today for routine lab work I got there 15 min early checked in and they texted me almost instantly that they were ready for me. I went in and was greeted by Kristine. She was so friendly and down to earth made the check in process so smooth. She then took me back, and let me tell you this woman is good at what she does. She had me in and out in 10 min. This is the only place I will ever go for labs, it turned a normally unpleasant chore into a breeze. Thank you Kristine !
