Besides a smell in certain hallways, the service & attention has been great.
Mike, has been an absolute saint...knowledgeable, goes out of the way to help & assist, and courteous. *I probably would have tried to find another place, if it wasn't for his care to the situation.

There have been bee-like bugs infesting my storage unit and the surrounding units for over two weeks now. I've spoken with the staff on site multiple times, left three voicemails for Joe Divanny, and even emailed him and his boss TJ—yet I've received no response. This situation is not only disgusting but also concerning. I cannot access my items because as soon as the light turns on, dozens of them swarm my unit. The only positive aspect of this place is its convenient location, but that hardly makes up for the neglect and lack of customer service. Extremely disappointed.

We just got a unit here. Mike was very helpful. He took us through the whole process and answered all of our questions making the whole process quick and simple. He even walked us around to make sure we were all set up.

VERY VERY impressed today?
Sean is his name, this property manager always stands out from the others. For one he always easy to be found because he usually cleaning around the location and he makes it he purpose to greet you. Today the power I believe the power was down and it effected the elevator he made no excuses, not one let me make a call. He just got the job done and turn the elevators back on, mind blown at the consistency with Sean’s.work ethic!

Multiple failures trying to book unit
(1) property manager never showed for reservation (was there for over an hour)
(2) Customer service had multiple online operation errors when trying to book for me while waiting on property manager.
(3) Booking website failed repeatedly at payment option for me
and then while still trying to work with customer service I was told no units were available despite having a unit reservation that I was actively trying to pay for.
Extreme incompetence!

Berwyn Public Storage is clean, safe, and has plenty of room and carts to easily get around. Jade's customer service is absolutely awesome!! I highly recommend this facility!!!
