This branch has repeatedly cost me time running across town to another branch because they do not abide by their posted hours and they never answer their phone to say when they might be randomly available.
On the rare occasion I have been able to enter the branch the staff was friendly and accommodating however most of the time they seem to be closed or if open non-responsive.
Even the ATM is hit or miss for when it functions, So if you're in a hurry just skip it!

I was just trying to get cash out of the ATM and had to watch the two front desk people feel each other up. Curly haired blonde all over the tall brunette guy, save it for the vault!

OMG never in my
Life has a bank been so accommodating let alone actually let me in after they were closed and they had every right to turn me away but surprisingly to my delight, they had the biggest heart and understood the fact that If was super hard for me to get there & actually let me in. It was only a couple minutes past closing time but I have never heard of or experienced a Bank extending this curtesy because of many reasons but they happen to have first hand knowledge of what I needed since I had been there before about the same issue (nothing to do with their Customer service by the way)!
So BIG Shout Out to Tara & Claudia at the Berwyn Branch of Td Bank on Swedefords Rd for not only being complete rockstars but treating me & it seems like everyone who I have had the pleasure of eavesdropping on when they were being served on, with the respect and decency we all deserve but it’s getting rarer and rarer!
Thanks guys for going out of your way completely!!!!

Very poor customer service. First, this branch made a mistake on an international wire transfer (They put the routing number where the account number should have gone). Then I made an appointment to try to fix the problem. Even with the appointment, I had to wait over an hour to be seen. And, even then they didn't accept responsibility for their error.

There was this older lady with white curly hair who I had to listen to having private conversations and not caring that there 2 people waiting for her. I waited over 30 minutes then walked out disgusted at how she totally ignored me, even after multiple attempts to get her attention- she was dragging her feet not wanting to help anyone and busy chit chatting with her client. I guess it’s more important to talk about your personal life to a stranger than do your job! I filed a complaint to my TD private banking wealth advisor. What is happening to this country, why can’t people just do their job?

Google says it's not busy, and I thought I could go in and out. The problem is that only one person can handle customer service issues?!?!? What the hell are the other people doing??? I think some people were focusing on irrelevant things. Address the customer first!!!

This TD has been my home branch for many years. I've always had a pleasant experience at this bank. All the tellers and employees have been so kind to me and my family. That's why I was completely taken by surprise with the disrespectful attitude of a female teller (I won't shame her by naming). She must have had a terrible day or be extremely personally sensitive because no one in service should respond in this disgraceful attitude, ugly tone of voice and hateful eyes. It did not make me feel comfortable transacting a large amount of money thru her. I mean, what the heck... I'm not looking to start my day off by being insulted. So, I left immediately. There are other TD branches.

Debit card machine was down. That’s not the reason for negative review. This information should probably be shared with the front clerks so when someone says their debit card is expiring they don’t tell the customer to wait for one of the people at the desks. Felt like they wasted my time and if I had been told right away then I could’ve driven to another TD bank before I had work. Shouldn’t of had to wait for someone at the desks for simple information.

The bank teller was nice and courteous, but the wait time for a new debit card is ridiculous. I wasted almost my entire lunch waiting and never got called on. I had to leave and find another bank location.
