Google says it's not busy, and I thought I could go in and out. The problem is that only one person can handle customer service issues?!?!? What the hell are the other people doing??? I think some people were focusing on irrelevant things. Address the customer first!!!

This TD has been my home branch for many years. I've always had a pleasant experience at this bank. All the tellers and employees have been so kind to me and my family. That's why I was completely taken by surprise with the disrespectful attitude of a female teller (I won't shame her by naming). She must have had a terrible day or be extremely personally sensitive because no one in service should respond in this disgraceful attitude, ugly tone of voice and hateful eyes. It did not make me feel comfortable transacting a large amount of money thru her. I mean, what the heck... I'm not looking to start my day off by being insulted. So, I left immediately. There are other TD branches.

Dont go to this bank at all..i opened my bank account with them 6 months back for a promotion offer i get in the mailer. Its more than 6 months now, WHERE IS MY MONEY CRISTAL CERVERA??

Debit card machine was down. That’s not the reason for negative review. This information should probably be shared with the front clerks so when someone says their debit card is expiring they don’t tell the customer to wait for one of the people at the desks. Felt like they wasted my time and if I had been told right away then I could’ve driven to another TD bank before I had work. Shouldn’t of had to wait for someone at the desks for simple information.

The bank teller was nice and courteous, but the wait time for a new debit card is ridiculous. I wasted almost my entire lunch waiting and never got called on. I had to leave and find another bank location.

The MOST unreliable ATM in the world. It is either out of service or doing tests more than 50% of the time I try to stop there - this has probably been for 5-10 years now. I'm finally done and cause of this leaving TD Bank to go with a non-retail bank (Cash App).

Doesn't make sense for banks to deny changing money for businesses in the area. Its messed up that you need to have an account to change money. I can't understand why you need a personal account with a bank to simply change your bigger bills for smaller ones. So now I will never open an account with them and Wells Fargo. So thank you for wasting my time with all of this.

Cashing my paycheck (all personal accounts are in td bank) from my business account (business account is in td back) took 45 minutes for the teller named Ali to complete the transaction. The worst service I have ever had in 20 years of my accounts life with td bank. May be it’s time to move all my 7 accounts to a different financial institution? They should realize time is money.

Went to withdrawal money out of my personal checking account. Gave my usual ID and bank account number on my withdrawal slip. I was then asked to verify my business name.? I questioned why do I need to verify anything about my business? I stated that "This is my personal checking account".The excuse was that I was from New York and I was never seen in this branch before so extra verification was needed to withdrawal funds from my personal checking account ............. What? I provided all the necessary documentation from the start of the transactions that was needed to withdrawal my hard earn funds from this bank. I didn't appreciate the treatment. I have been with TD Bank since the beginning, very disappointed 6:16pm 332 ?.

Terrible customer service. They staff needs more training on service and how bank operations work. The manager is needs to be changed out. Manager does not care for the customers or there concerns or issues.

Horrible customer service.They don’t know who to handle customers.I saw people screaming at them of how annoyed they were from the service.They took my deposit and they didn’t want to give me a debit card because I had to confirm my identity even tho I had an account with them already.THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE. !!! GOOD LUCK

My husband and I have a small business account and had an issue with a real time payment from PayPal. We couldn’t get it resolved with PayPal and my husband said to call Jason since he ALWAYS helps him. We did and Jason got right to the bottom of it. He is the best!! TD Bank is so lucky to have him there. We won’t bank anywhere else. Thanks Jason!!!
