We have had a wonderful experience at Kindercare with our young son. Within the first week of attending the daycare we knew it was a perfect fit. The staff becomes like family; they nurture and support your child like their own. Our son has achieved and at at times surpassed milestones and we attribute much of that to the curriculum and excellent teaching staff. We would highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a supportive and safe environment for their child.David & Jessica Sebastian

My family has had at least 1 kid at Kindercare for the last 8 years. They have become almost like family to us. They have provided great childcare and education for my kids while my wife and I worked. Our oldest really enjoyed some of the extra things they did like cooking classes and field trips over the summer!

My son started at Kindercare at 7-month-old. All the teachers in his infant class really took care of him well, given he was a really picky eater. He refused his bottles all the time. But they were willing to work with us as we came up with a unique way to feed an infant. I couldn't be any more appreciative given my son is such a tiny boy and I really worried about his weight.During the pandemic, we decided to keep him home due to safety concern and I also have had the flexibility to work from home. But we can't wait to bring him back when things get better. Rachel, the center director, was very kind and willing to work with us to keep him a spot. She is understanding and responsive anytime we have questions. Being a first time mom, I always have questions, always worry and always email/call them, but they have never let me down.Overall, I would have given them a 6-star review if I could. And I can't wait to bring my son back.

Update: When I originally reviewed, my 4 year old's Pre K class was adjusting to teacher #7. This teacher quit not too long after and we decided to look for a new center for our children. Teacher #8 was just recently hired.I have two children enrolled at this center. My youngest has been there since he was three months old and is now in the toddler program. My oldest started in the preschool program. The experience my youngest son has had, starting in the infant room, has been a decent experience. The infant room teachers are attentive and genuinely seemed to care about my child. He seems very happy in the toddler room. The experience I have had with my oldest son has been disappointing. Since starting in the preschool class at the beginning of the school year in 2017 to present, in the Pre-K classroom, his class has gone through 6 teachers and that doesn't include the other turn over of "floating" staff.Communication has been hit or miss from teachers and the center regarding behavior, lessons, how my child is performing with his lessons and even down to simple things like center closure dates. At times I have felt like I have had to beg to get more information about my child beyond the happy, medium and sad faces on his smiley face chart. Rarely, is there a teacher available to talk to you about your child at pick up. I pick up late and most of the time there is a floating teacher who is unable to tell me about my child's day. I cannot count how many times I have been told "I don't know. I just got in here" when I ask for specifics about his day. I also find the center to be grimy. Chairs are sticky, the baseboards have dirt along them and cupboards have stains running down them. When the Pre-K teacher, who had been with the center for several years left, I found out she wasn't using the KinderCare curriculum at all. I participated in a meeting with the center director and regional director to express concerns over what the children weren't learning and thankfully the current teacher in the classroom was excited to review the curriculum book and has implemented so many amazing lessons for the children.I have spent too much time speaking (in person, over the phone and email) with the regional director about my concerns and dissatisfaction with the center. Everything that KinderCare conveys about the organization does not stand up to the experience I have had with this center. For the amount of money we pay to attend here, I expected so much more.Thankfully, things seem to be improving but I shouldn't have to continually hold the center accountable as much as I have had to. Unfortunately all the other daycare centers around the area have year long waiting lists, so transferring elsewhere is not an option at the time.

We love Bethel Park Kindercare and staff!!! I don't take a lot of time to write reviews, but when it comes to my children a good experience should be talked about. My son loves his teachers , and has so much fun. I love when I pull up to pick him up and see him riding this cute little tricycle around the play area. He is learning so much and speech is improving daily...we love the happy teachers that helps him grow and learn in a safe environment. The Wecebter director and co director is very kind as well ... also love seeing picture of his daily activities while away from him.Taryn and Max

Both my sons recently started here after being removed from another daycare that my 1 year old was starting to pickup some horrible behaviors from. Kindercare was amazing with the way they have handled the situation. They moved up the start date just so they didn't have to go back there. His behavior alone has done a 180!! They send pictures all day and keep a detailed log of your children's activities which if you have had a bad experience with another daycare helps resolve your trust issues with daycare. Also I love the way the children are involved in planned group activities rather than just being babysat in a room where they just let children do whatever they want all day. Their infant room is amazing as well very clean and quiet. If you are debating on going here this in my opinion is the place to choose.

I love kinder-care. My daughter Lucy been attending there since she was 10 weeks old and she is now three. The teachers have been wonderful and very accommodating. Lucy has picky eating issues and they all try their hardest to get her to eat what she served. Rachael, the center director, has ALWAYS been sweet to me. Seeing her smile after having a bad morning made me feel better and I never had to be concerned about the care Lucy was getting. I had a flat tire and I was stuck at the center last week and Rachael and the staff were so helpful. One of the staff members even gave me a ride home. He also gave me the name of a local mechanic to fix my tire. Kinder-care is a special place and they are like my family. !!

I cannot say enough good things about this center!! All of the staff members are amazing. The facility is clean. The meals and snacks provided are healthy and varied. The curriculum is age appropriate and stimulating. There are a lot of toys available and a fun outside area. But again, the teachers and staff are phenomenal. My children are well taken care of, engaged in learning and creative play, and loved while they’re there.

I was so nervous to put my baby in daycare and Miss Rachel and her staff were just great. My son LOVES his teacher! I put my baby in baby school and the baby room staff are exceptional. You can really tell that they love their jobs because it shows. I can't rave enough about the school. I have gotten so many CUTE projects from my babies that I will cherish forever.
