Coen Markets, with over 50 locations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, is known for offering snacks, grab-and-go items, beverages, and fresh bean-to-cup coffee. Customers appreciate the quality of the food, especially the fresh, full-sized croissants and crispy bacon. However, some reviews mention inconsistency in food quality across different locations, such as limp bacon or frozen egg patties. The store also features a loyalty rewards program called Club Coen, which provides exclusive savings, free products, and rewards. The service at Coen Markets generally receives mixed reviews. One customer praised a friendly and personable employee, highlighting good customer service. Others experienced issues with their orders, such as missing items like tots or incorrect ingredients, due to staff oversight. For example, some orders of sandwiches with substitutions were not fulfilled correctly, and mistakes like missing tots or incorrect toppings were noted. Customers advise checking orders carefully before leaving to avoid disappointment. Pricing at Coen Markets tends to be about a dollar higher than other places, but many find the friendly service worth it. Overall, Coen Markets offers quality fuel, food, and service, with a welcoming atmosphere and a focus on customer satisfaction.
One kid that works there is so nice and personable. I don’t know his name but he is super friendly. Prices at coen about $1 more than everywhere else but it’s worth the friendly service. Other people that work there I’m not sure about

Hours say open until 10. It’s 9:22 and the door is locked. Always issues at this location.

Overpriced when you only get half of what you order and none of the sauce you order. $5.99 for supposedly 4 mozzarella cheese triangles when you get 2 and a half at best. Good food but never correct nor priced to match.
