I have always loved the service at Compression Management; now I know why! My measurements for my new knee high compression hose were taken by none other than the owner herself! Jodie is a very caring individual and obviously insists that her employees offer that same level of compassion when serving their patients! I can hardly wait to pick up my garments in two weeks!!

I have been going to this office for a few years. They are so nice. The staff took great care to follow CDC guidelines. I felt very safe during my appointment. They were very efficient and professional. My appointment was at 8:00 am and I was done by 9:00. I’m very pleased with the care I was given.

Been getting custom compression stockings for 6 years now. The staff is remarkable! They know their stuff. And they help as a liason between the doctor and your insurance company in ensuring that you have the right scrip.

Absolutely not the place to go. Took my 90 yr. old parent, was told her leg was too swollen to be measured, but they still charged her an office visit of 20.00. I asked that the charge be credited, as being on a limited income, my mother can't afford to be charged for a service that was not preformed.. Customer service (Belma) was very unhelpful, and rude and told me since my mother was on a limited income perhaps I could help her with the 20.00, but that was their policy. I'm only giving 1 star because in order to post this incident. They do not deserve even 1 star.

If I had realized how little this company values it's customers I would not have gone there, but insisted on a different referral. I never had a single appointment kept on time even though there are rarely any other patients present. Never saw a more than one person there beside myself.
Not a single member of staff is apparently trained to replace a compression bandage after they've removed it. They made no effort to get help to replace a bandage they removed, nor seemed to care that the patient would not be able to replace the bandages. I was told that they could not help.
Nor did they seem to care that their lax attitudes meant that an appointment after their location had to be canceled. It turned out that it could not be rescheduled until more than two weeks later.
Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else. If I could have given no stars I would have.
